Excel Physical Therapy

My doctor recommended Excel Physical Therapy for a strained shoulder. Greg Bashor and his team were amazing. They were always prepared for my visits even when I was early. Greg knew instinctively knew how hard he could push me even when I thought I had reached my limit for the day.

I had some issues with my Achilles tendon about 6 years ago and was referred to Excel by my Dr. Greg worked on my tendon and quickly noticed that there was some issues that shouldn’t be there. He recommended that I have it checked by a Foot specialist. Ended up with a tear in the Achilles that required reconstruction and repair surgery. Greg did the rehab of my Achilles and had me walking without a limp after 6 weeks. 3 years later I had a compression injury to my lower back. I could not walk upright without someone holding me or using a walker. I was having muscle spasms constantly yet no Spine Dr could find anything wrong structurally. Once again I went back to Greg for treatment. He worked tirelessly on me and when I wanted to give up, he was there to push me through the pain. It is because of Greg that I can walk and not have to live in the pain I was in. The office staff is wonderful, the facility is always clean and the equipment well maintained. I recommend Greg and his staff to all my friends. You won’t be disappointed by the level of care you receive from Excel.

I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Excel Physical Therapy after some shoulder surgery. Greg and the entire staff at Excel are the consummate professionals. They are knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly, and genuinely care about you and your health. The facility is always clean and organized and the staff is laser focused on tending to their customers. A standout amongst the excellent staff is Kristen Reinhard who I was lucky enough to get as my primary physical therapist. Kristen was able to guide me through my PT sessions with the proper balance of kindness and motivation to push myself in order to get back to an active lifestyle. Without the outstanding treatment I received from Kristen, I’m sure I would still be suffering from shoulder pain and would not be back to what I’m able to do today.

The person who gave the negative rating must not have gone to Excel Physical Therapy in Apex. I have been there on and off for different problems for the last ten years. Greg Bashor is an excellent physical therapist. Anyone who works in his office is top notch because he would not tolerate anything else! Greg is professional, caring and encourages all to reach their physical best. I have been to several other physical therapists in the past. I like that this is a smaller practice and it’s the best ! Go here for your rehab and you’ll be very happy that you did.
