European Wax Center

Allison is awesome! I’ve been going to European Wax Center for months now and I love it! The entire staff is friendly and helpful! It is so nice being able to go weeks without shaving. Allison is fast, professional, friendly and knowledgable about skin care. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her!

I moved to NC and since then I have waxed in European Center.
The person how recommended European Center is a friend of mine that goes to Brier Creek in Raleigh.
We are both from Brazil and what we really care is a high quality esthetic services, specially with high price that people charges for these things.
Anyway, I trusted in her word, I stated attending Morrisville Wax Center. It was fine, I have no complains at all.
Because we just moved to Cary I decided to the unit near of my new home, Apex!
And to be honest I just would like to go back in time.
I usually do Brazilian Wax and full leg. At this time I also included eyebrow.
What disaster and deception.
It was my birthday weekend, I asked my husband to go with me because we had plans afterwards.
Unfortunately, the professional (the person) who did the job had some issues and caused me injures.
It took her 2 hours just to do a Brazilian wax, full leg and eyebrows.
The eyebrows one is thicker than other.
The Brazilian wax was really bad. Honestly I think was her first time doing Brazilian was. I could have done better than her, specially because she hurt my intimate areas with the wax. I never never never felt so much pain.
When i thought that could be worse, she also had difficult to wax my legs, it took her forever and guess what, I still have hair on my legs.
She also said to me come back in two or three days because she needed to do some touch up.
What a joke!
My hair was long enough, I use all the wax European products everyday. I had no small or in grown hair in my legs and even like that she was not able to finish the job.
I left the wax center in pair for the injures she caused me. In some areas it still hurts, I still have the half hair that she left on my leg, and my eyebrows…
The result of all in just sad!
You go to a place that is supposed to be on of the best, you pay expensive, and you cry after u get home. On your birthday.
I could not talk at the moment because the place had more clients, and my husband was with me. I did not want to embarrassed anybody.
I called the call center crying as soon as I left.
Nobody never called back.
I am very sad and disappointed.

Love it! I had Devin today and she was super sweet and super quick. It was half off my first visit which was for a Brazilian which was amazing and it was only 15 mins from start to finish. Will be back every month!

My first visit here was very pleasant. I went in for a brow wax — Tina was very friendly and professional. She went over my needs before jumping in. Went over product options, tried them out, but wasn’t pushy about it which was very nice. I would go back again.

LOVED this place ! I got an advertisement with my «welcome to the neighborhood» package in my new apt. I made an appointment for a waxing and they told me I got one free service. Everyone was super friendly and fast. A little overpriced for the area but I didn’t mind because of how great my experience was.
This salon uses a very high quality wax that hardens on your skin and they just peel it off. No papers and no ripping. Much MUCH less painful than traditional waxing.
The free service I received was a NOSE waxing !!! I didn’t know they could even do that ! I will now wax my nose for the rest of my life. I swear it cured my allergies and all the sudden I just felt like I could breath easier and I love the way it looks in the mirror.

I walked in about 2 months ago and asked about the pricing, it was a little more expensive than some places. But I always say, you get what you pay for! As I learned further, they do not use the traditional strip over the wax that leaves you with redness. There is a process to the wax, it is an experience.
1. they clean the area, 2. the ask you how you like your eyebrows, 3. they prepare the wax, set and remove, 4. hydro-​cortizone is placed on your brows to reduce the puffiness, 5. shape it for a beautiful shape and voila! I liked it and left, when my husband saw me he said, your eyebrows look different {thicker}? So I went back and had them touched up. No problem whatsoever, fixed them up a little more and now I know I was done! As I checked out the receptionist offered me the special they were running and I went with it. Since, I schedule my eyebrow & lip wax 3weeks to a month ahead.
So far my favorite is Olivia, she takes her time and is great!

There is only one reason to go to this place: the wax. It is a very high quality hard wax that barely hurts when they pull it off. They also don’t double dip and are quick.
But, this place is the definition of corporate greed. It is so obvious that the people who work there are given lines to say to every customer, and it gets out of hand in more than one way. First of all, they shove these «waxing» packages down your throat. In every service, the person waxing you will talk about their «serums» that will «prevent and get rid of your ingrowns». They want you to walk out the door with all their products and a years worth of waxing services, so beware. Moreover, they will CHEAT you so much. While i was in the room I asked the lady how much a belly wax would be (this is not the service I booked) and she told me some amount that ended up being $ 16 more when I checked out. Even more, she LOOKED at the pricing schedule before she told me; clearly she knew she was lying.
Moreover, their waxing job is less than stellar. They don’t really check their work and are always in a rush. They tout their «15 minute brazilians» which is great but sometimes that means you don’t get what you want.
If you know EXACTLY what you want, are super upfront, and will only walk away from a store with exactly what you asked for and nothing more, this place is worth it. Otherwise, you are better off someplace else.

I went here for a complimentary brow wax after receiving coupons on a weekly basis for a while for a free wax for first time customers. I chose a brow wax. When, I got there, I waited about 10 minutes. When the «waxer» came out she was nice, not overly friendly, but okay. But, I was honestly disappointed when I got home and realized that she hadn’t taken off as much as I would’ve liked. I would’ve been even more disappointed though if it hadn’t been complimentary and I’d actually had to pay $ 16 for it. Also, it was uncomfortable when the receptionist tried to sell me a package for a year’s worth of brow waxes both before and after I went to the back for my first wax ever with them. I felt kind of pressured when normally I’m just in and out anywhere else with a sufficient wax and only $ 10 lighter in my wallet. I won’t be back.

Went here for the free wax. First of all — really — it’s waxing? They are trying to look like a high-​end spa and the pressure to join the «club»…no thanks. I was like: really? I cannot think about waxing this much — do I really need a club? Also, I’ve never had a problem with a wax before, but I broke out after this one — odd. Anyway, I won’t go back simply because it’s WAY over the top… like I said — I just wanted a wax… I didn’t want to pretend I was in Manhattan or LA.
