Our 2 year old toddler really enjoyed the BounceU Easter festivities: Bounce time, egg hunt, meeting the Easter bunny, and snacks/refreshments. Our toddler was so tuckered out that we couldn’t even stay for the whole party; which is a good thing! We were thrilled to learn they divided the children into age groups. Any parent with a toddler understands the stress of watching little ones jump with older, bigger kids. Parents were able to sit back and relax as their children bounced and played with other children their size and age. We’ve been at this location several times for birthday parties and are never disappointed. If I had to write one con, I’d say the ladies restroom and party room need a good mopping. I only mention this, because children are using the restrooms and party room with only their socks on. I see that as an easy fix by employees.

My wife and I attended a friends birthday at this location and immediately decided to have ours sons birthday at the same location. Two months later, BounceU, made him feel like a king for the day. Staff was very kind, energetic and helpful. The price was right and everything was taken care of. Highly recommended.

I wanted to add that I received a very nice email from the Bounce U staff informing me that there IS an option where you can rent the bounce house and then choose to do the food elsewhere. it’s called the BOUNCEONLYPARTY and you can pay to bounce for an hour and a half then leave to finish the party at home or at a restaurant. That would have been a perfect option for me. I added a star for a business that actually reads the reviews, responds in a timely manner and then is so professional about it. Again, not a place I would use myself but i would recommend it to anyone who wants a party that is handled by some really nice individuals. Thanks Bounce U!

This place is good for kids over 4 but if you have a younger child in the crew you’ll end up keeping them entertained. Overall friendly staff, but not for kids under 4…

So I read the previous reviews and all I can say is, parents: You get what you get, and you don’t get upset! Bounce U makes kids change rooms mid-way, even if your kid doesn’t want to? Hey, sometimes my kids feel the same. But unless I’m handing the car keys over to them when it’s time to leave, I’ll be the one doing the steering. Get in where you fit in, kid! Two hours isn’t enough? Two hours is too long, I thought! Keeping an eye on multiple kids who are teetering on that line between having an awesome time and losing their minds… stressful for me. But the kids LOVED it, and no one lost an eye so it’s all good. By the time they were done, the kids looked like I had taken them to the swimming pool rather than an inflatable playground, and the other kids during the Open Bounce were much the same. When you move from one room to the other, the room you vacated can be cleaned. Still have a problem with moving rooms? At $ 8 this is a steal. But with an Amazon Local deal that cut it to $ 4 per child, it was even better. Bounce U, keep doing what you’re doing!

Today was our first visit to Bounce U for an «open bounce» session. I brought my 7 year old here previously for a friend’s birthday party and she had a great time. But their«open bounce» session was disappointing compared to other local«bounce places», in my opinion. My 7 year old enjoyed herself but here’s what made the experience«meh» for me as the parent: 1) their«open bounce» sessions are only for 2 hour increments as opposed to places like Monkey Joe’s and Jump Zone which charge the same price and let you bounce all day if you want 2) I know today was a holiday and kids were out of school so it was busier than normal but we got there at 12:30 for the 12:30 — 2:30 open bounce session and the line was out the door(literally, and it was COLD outside today). And the line was painfully slow. You would think they would’ve been more prepared with more staff on a school holiday. The line was so long, slow,(and cold) that one of the mom’s finally started a line in the lobby(which had plenty of room, but I’m not sure why a customer had to do this instead of an employee). Also, by the time we got through the line it was almost 1:00 and we were told unless we had a reservation, we had to be out by 2:00(why didn’t someone tell me about this«reservation» business when I called earlier asking about their hours?). So our 2 hour bounce session turned into 1 hour. For the same price that I could’ve paid to «bounce» all day at Monkey Joe’s or JumpZone. I was ready to leave and go elsewhere but I would’ve had a very disappointed 7 year old if we had left after all that waiting. 3) They have 2 different bounce rooms. They let the kids play in one for a while and then move them to the other one. And even though my 7 year old didn’t want to go to the other room, we weren’t given a choice. The set-up and the way the sessions work just doesn’t make a lot of sense. So, even though this is the closest bounce place to our house, I will drive the extra few miles to JumpZone or Monkey Joe’s so I feel like I’m actually getting my money’s worth.

As a guest, I went to this bouncing place for a birthday party. It has two big rooms full of bouncies and other activities. Wow – pretty neat. We spent a long time in the first room, before being ushered into the second room. They do this, I assume, to alleviate boredom from doing the same activities. The crew were all nice and helpful. The party room was large, with windows – allowing light in, which was incredibly nice! I would consider having a party at this establishment. My friend has had two parties here and swears by it. Oh, and these are private parties, and the price is definitely good.
