I went back to A Cleaner World for the first time since the manager, Tim Rolle, kindly stopped by my house to personally apologize and refund my most recent dry cleaning bill. Tim was there, recognized me by name, and informed me that everything that I was dropping off tonight would be dry cleaned for free (and I dropped off 19 dress shirts, a suit, and a pair of dress pants!).
So, it appears that Unilocal really works; Tim is doing everything in his power to keep me coming back as a customer, and I have to be honest – I just might keep coming back if they keep up this awesome service.

Too expensive! I can go to a less expensive cleaners and pay no more than 1⁄3 of the prices they charge.
Update: January 16, 2012. The owner contacted me within a few days of my original posting. He asked if there was anything he could do to earn my business and also explained the reason for their prices… using quality products, hiring competent/​legal staff/​etc. I stand by my original post that they are too expensive for my day to day dry cleaning, but did tell him that if I had something of large value (i.e wedding dress/​prom dress etc) I would consider using them again. He did offer me a refund on my purchase, but I refused because I did receive a service and had no problem when the end result.

Way to expensive. The process they use does not get the garments clean, it covers the stains up. Also they have damaged garments and have not owned up to it. NEVER GO HERE. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS !

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Over priced because they say they are eco-​friendly I went to a dry cleaners in Dallas that was and never charged 7 bucks a shirt! I brought in 3 cotton tops, 1 pairs of shorts, 3 dresses and they tried to charge me 65 dollars!!! That is highway robbery if I ever knew it!!! They also ruined an expensive dress not paying attention to the hardware that was on the dress completely tearing two of the things off and discoloring the others. I have gotten this dress dry cleaned before and no place has not paid attention like that. Don’t waste your money!!!
