THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE — DO NOT HIRE THEM. Two years ago I paid them $ 3,300 for bat remediation on a rental property I own. They were pleasant and quick to respond at the time, and offered a 5-​year warranty. Now that the bats are back and I expect the warranty to be honored, there is no response. I called multiple times for about 6 weeks, then threatened a lawyer and one of their crew chiefs finally called me.
He met me at the house the next day, told me the original team only did a small portion of what they should have, mentioned how the company only has two crews working right now because no one likes working for the owner Jason Carter, and how he himself hates wearing the logo on his shirt. He called Jason from the site then assured me he would be back the next day to complete all of the required work. He did not return the next day, and did not answer phone calls or texts. Since then Jason has also not responded to repeated voice mails, emails, a letter from my lawyer, or a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau (where he already has an F rating). My next steps will be small claims court and work done by an actual professional company. I repeat, DO NOT hire this company as they will do a poor job in the beginning and not honor the warranty. Learn from my experience, go with a reputable company, and save yourself the time and trouble and money later.
