i received a 10 burrito order, without cheese, only to get home and find cheese in them. I called and talked to the manager who told me to return with the receipt and he’d replace them with 10 new ones, to keep the ones I had. I gave them to my Dad, who returned to the store. There he received an apology, 10 new cheese-less burritos, and 2 $ 5 off coupons. He said the manager was very sorry about it and hoped I’d return in the future. I definitely will! I understand mistakes happen, espacially at fast food places, but this store manager handled it very, very well.

I ordered 1 spicy potato taco and gave my debit card to the clerk. I don’t know what she did with it. The receipt showed that she charged me $ 0.98 but when I went home and looked up my account online I saw 3 charges: 1 was from«Taco Bell #20899» for $ 1.73 and the other two from«Sand Taco in Apache Junction» for $ 0.98 and $ 1.09 I feel that what they do is fraud. You can’t even swipe the card yourself. When you give them your card you don’t even know what you are authorizing, you don’t see the amount which they charge and you don’t sign anything like at other businesses. I guess she swiped it three times and the receipt showed only the first swipe.

Decently quick service in the restaurant and seem well staffed. Bathrooms are clean and that always earned a star in my book. Tacos… well its taco bell

Store #20899 in Apache Junction. What a joke. I’ve lived in AJ for about 13 years now, and I’ve gone to this location plenty of times. Not one of these visits has ever resulted in a pleasant experience for me, but I like the food. However, that’s to be expected when you purchase food from a fast food franchise joint that hires teens with multiple children and mid-20’s adult«Juggalos» who still live with their parents and have a drop-out, 10th grade education. Tonight, 11/28/2014 resulted in a much more irritating visit than other visits. I ordered a plentiful amount, as my family was fairly hungry this evening after putting up Christmas lights. So, I get to Taco Bell, order, pay and leave, unsuspecting of a fouled order. I get home and behold… a missing taco and my daughter’s beloved Cheesy Potato burrito, gone. Well, I drive back, inform the girl at the drive through about the mishap and am told it will be immediately corrected. Cool. Whatever. I kust wanna go home. Well, I get the burrito and taco and head home. Guess what! Wrong effing burrito! Back I went to finally get the correct food. By the time I got home, MY tacos were soggy, my tostada was soggy and everything else was cold. Meal… ruined. Don’t go to this location unless you hate yourself.

Came here on my honeymoon to treat my gal to some value menu items and boy were we pleased. We shared a baja blast«Unlimited REFILLS!» and topped it off with some good ol flieschmans vodka. Our food came out fast and fresh as can be. After filling up her purse w/napkins plastic forks and hot sauce we went in the bathroom and renewed our vows«sex for you dummies» and boy was it magical! Hope this was helpful to anyone trying to spice up their marriage.

So I came here last Saturday and tried the Cantina chicken burrito and loved it. I came here today and ordered the same thing, and seriously thought I was eating a veggie burrito there was hardly any chicken in it. Boo… not sure what gives

The manager was nice and people were happy to be making free DBacks tacos. It had a party — like atmosphere with happy customers and employees. Very clean and well kept. Good for a Taco Bell. I enjoy the somewhat healthier Fresco Tacos over the original. I think the biggest difference is the lack of cheese and the addition of pico de gallo.
