Knowledgeable staff? Not here. Customer service? Nope. Friendly and personable atmosphere? Forget it. So, I currently have. Samsung Galxy S3, and I thought that maybe, just maybe, it was time to go ahead and upgrade. Well, I’m not a cell phone guru, so I thought that by going into the Tmobile store, I might find some information and assistance in selecting my next movil device. Instead, I left irritated, annoyed, sorry that I still had Tmobile and with my S3 still in my hand. I wouldn’t go back to that store if it were the only one standing.
