Company practices create a difficult working relationship. Unusual fees. Ridiculous red tap. Steer clear.

Stay clear of this place, walk if you have to… Horrible people the woman was mean and nasty dropping the F-​Bomb in every sentence. I guess that’s how people in Apache Junction talk to the people they service. The man wasn’t any better, stood there looking at us till the woman got off the phone with a family member talking about their electric being turned off. There has to be another shop in AJ that wants customers?

After we were stranded my family and I due to a sinking set of keys @ Canyon lake, Randall’s towing was called to the rescue by our insurance provider.
Our driver showed up about one hour later and was able to do what it took to hook up our truck and boat trailer rather skillfully.
However do not ever think about questioning their decisions! I was not happy when they dragged our truck over 2 feet with the transmission locked up. As I told the driver, he looked at me like I was insane and just kept doing what he wanted. To his credit, he did give us the option to just drive us home (without any towing), which was nice of him.
Ultimately, the reason for this poor rating, is due to the fact that they ended up charging us a lot more than was agreed upon with ourinsurance company for supposed «pick-​up» fees. Even after the insurance company spoke to them directly, they still required these additional fees paid. This has all the ingredients of a scam.
