The simple fact that this company still hasn’t tried to resolve the matter further leads me to believe how poorly they do business. I now have $ 870 wrapped up in 1 pair of glasses with a company that makes hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. This is a bad company.

Purchased glasses about a month ago for my daughter, upon check out the bill was much more then I expected. Looking over the order it had a 39.99 charge for insurance I wasn’t even asked about. So I asked Angela, the woman who checked me out what it covered, she told me 80% of replacement costs for a year, I asked if that included lost glasses and she told me yes, so I went along with it. Of course 1 week into having the glasses my 7 year old lost them. I launched a 3 week search for them and finally went in to get a new pair. I was treated so horribly I almost cried in the store! Angela claims she never told me that, however I was also never given paper information on what it covered, just her verbal. They were rude and condescending to the point that my 7 year old asked why they were mad at us. It was humiliating! I have never had a place of business treat me like that. I recommend going to Lee eye care center on ellsworth and baseline. They treated me wonderfully and gave me 50% off my daughters new glasses after hearing my story. Angela at nationwide thanks for being such a terrible csr, now I have a great place to do business with at Lee Eye Care.
