Jeff, and James were absolutely amazing when they recently put in a new central air unit in our condo. They were here for several days, knew exactly what they were doing, and were super friendly. I usually feel very uncomfortable with strangers being in my home, but these 2 men felt like friends I’ve had for years. Couldn’t ask for better service, knowledge, or people. Thank you guys. I called Equi Tech for a problem with my A/C. I spoke with Don and explained the problem I was having. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We set up an appointment (not for the next day, just a few hours!). When the service technician, Brian, arrived he found the problem right away. Brian was very honest and told me it would be a very easy, inexpensive repair. Not only did he get my A/C working in just few minutes, he also checked out the system to make sure everything else was working properly. It’s nice to do business with a company that conducts itself so professionally and I will make sure to call Equi Tech for any future repair needs.
