Would have left a review on there sight, however I never even got to make a reservation. Incompetent, rude and inexperienced, left me on hold for 20 min. Don“t know the difference between a pickup and a mini van. Look else where

3 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to have a wiring kit installed. After arriving I was told they ordered the wrong kit for my car. They said they would order the right one and that it would cost a little more but they wouldn’t charge me for the installation. The right kit would be a plug in version versus the spliced version. I was more that willing to go that route. We set a date for the following week to get it installed. I showed up No kit. They said they would call when it arrived. Week 3 it arrives and I made an appointment for today. What should have taken 30 minutes took an hour and a half and I got a spliced in one. They didn’t tell me about the change and they charged me for installation. I’m very upset that they did not inform me of the change but instead tried to let it slip by. I called back to complain and was passed on to corporate customer service who said to call them back and talk to the manager. when I called back I was forwarded to an answering service. Very Very Very Poor Customer Service!!!
