The Vitamin Shoppe

Everyone was helpful. I like them.
I overheard a lady were giving samples and I asked them but apparently they were saving it for a health fair.
Went to health fair.
Got free samples. Cool bro.
I don’t like the parking there though.
It sucks.

If I am ever in the area, I’ll hit this place up. I am pretty much here for the protein products. It’s rare that they do not have what I want, which is good. Never really deal with staff (unless I am making a purchase) since I know what I want when I go there. Big store and has a lot of products for everyone. Busy parking area, mostly due to the Starbucks there.

This is such an awesome place, is like a mini Whole Foods supplement department in here. They have vegan protein, shakes, bars, vitamins, supplements, snacks. The prices are cool if you join their club card thing, and they send coupons & offers all the time too! A lot of things are sold cheaper on their website, which sucks because it’s nice to get the same discount in person.
The customer service is top notch & I’ve had all of my weird questions answered & been helped choosing certain products out as well. Can’t go wrong coming in here!

Return policy is very poor here. I’m not happy with the way they treated me while trying to request a return or at least an exchange for a product that wasn’t satisfactory. I will not buy from this place again. I will only purchase online from other retailers from now on especially since the prices are cheaper at other stores and less of a hassle. Way to go Vitamin Shoppe, you just lost a customer for life!

I would give them 5 stars because it is a really nice store. Clean and organized. But the cashier’s need more training, they do not know how to use coupons. They told me that I could not use coupons at this location but the coupon is from their store. It them over ten minutes to finally process the coupon.

My go-​to for all my bodybuilding supplements unless Costco has it cheaper. Vitamin Shoppe has most of everything for your bodybuilding needs or just vitamins and more. Cheaper than GNC or other vitamin stores. Employees are very friendly and plenty of them if you have any questions. I think his name is Cruz (spelling), very helpful employee. My whole family go here for all our supplements and Cruz has helped every single one.
Tip: get a rewards card, it will benefit you. On the end of the year they will give you a gift card based on how much you have purchased. The most I have received is $ 50.

Sure, they have a good selection, but think twice before shopping here. What they fail to tell you is, once you buy a product, if opened, it’s yours! It doesn’t matter if their sales rep recommend the product, if it made you sick to your stomach, or it you try to return it within hours after buying it. Nope, none of that matters. Their guarantee is not really one at all. Horrible customer service! I will never shop there again.

I have some mixed feelings on this place.
The PROS: it’s clean, and they have a ton of things you can’t find elsewhere. I love how they have organics, natural items and aromatherapy. I usually purchase my BCAA’s, protein, probiotics and some other things as I’m a gym rat lol. This place is A LOT cheaper than max muscle and GNC and like I said… They have so many cool items here…
The CONS: my main issue is the little Asian girl who is supposedly the manager… Very rude to me! I asked if she had any samples of pre workout supplements that I could have and her reply with attitude was… «Yah… But I can’t give you any» LOL then you might as well lie to me and say you don’t have any! So then I had to go back in the store because she forgot to ring up my coQ10… And then I asked the guy the same question and he very politely said yes and gave me 2 samples!
Other than that I wish the employees would have more knowledge about their products and maybe just ask if I needed any help…
I will keep going here because I love the products, variety and prices!

I’ve been shopping at this location for many years. I have always preferred it to any of the GNC stores. But the last couple of visits have been disappointing and tonight is probably going to cause me to look elsewhere.
I went in at 7pm and the place was empty. The gentleman working was bringing items out of the back and never showed any interest in helping me. I finally approached him and let him know I had some questions. He didn’t have any knowledge of any of the products I was inquiring about and still had that lack of interest attitude.
I’ll check around and see if I can find another business to purchase my workout supplements from.

This store is always well stocked with what I am looking for. The staff are helpful, but you usually have to ask for assistance. Yesterday, I asked them if they would price-​match their website, and they did. I have no complaints :)

So i went in to ask what kind of pre work out sup i should try. previously i used jack3d and was looking for something new. the woman that was working told me that those kinds of things were more for men and she has nothing for me. not only was she not helpful but she down right refused to help me any farther and focused on the male customers. i returned the next day and found two very helpful male employees who were very nice and suggested 1.m.r which i love. i would say if you’re a woman, google your questions and have an idea of what you need before going in.

Good selection of protein and other homeopathic items, customer service is hit or miss, great if you need something right away.

Vitamins are for suckers. Eat right and you don’t need them. Just makes for expensive urine most of the time anyway.
Whether or you not you belive that, the Vitamin Shoppe has A LOT of cool stuff. I happen to go there my one and only time to get some Probiotics my doctor recommended I take for a while. When I stepped inside the door, I realized they actually have a lot of products grouped and labeled for many kinds of needs. They supplements for just about everything! They are well organized and easy to find. They do ask you if you need help finding anything too. Only thing I’d change is I’d make it a bit brighter inside. I wasn’t scared or anything though! It’s just a little dark near the back of the store.
I’m a bit of a knuckle-​dragger dude, so for me personally, I’d say this place has what you need if you’re living a very atheletic life style or you have a medical need. Otherwise, eat right and call it good. Just one reviewers opinion.

I must admit. I resisted this place for the longest time. Why? So many things…

Well, I’ve been coming in here a few times a month against my will thanks to Lovie who gets his sugar free Steaz, a natural energy drink, various protein powders, creatine powder, amino acid powder, and what-​have-​you from here.
Then lo and behold, I found myself coming here on my own last week. Yes. After a grueling boot camp workout last week, I was left feeling crazy sore. It was to a point where I couldn’t walk straight! Afraid of skipping a day or two of training, I turned to an alternative. Miss I-Don’t-Need-Supplements came in here to get a small bottle of L-​glutamine, an amino acid which is said to repair muscles faster and speed muscle recovery. To my surprise, it worked wonders and I was back to my normal self within the next day or two.
I was also able to get my Burt’s Bees orange face cleanser, which is pretty hard to find. They actually have a great selection of natural beauty products here.
I’ll be coming back more often with Lovie or not. I’m sure he’ll appreciate me patronizing this place especially since I use his rewards membership :-)
