I took my special need class here today. I was beyond impressed at how great the two individuals working were. Not only dos I walk in with 12 student who were going to be pea ting ordering, may of them have speech impediments or can’t speak at all. Never once were the employees anything but kind to us. They were very patient with each student, even if it took a while to order, and they took extreme care in listening to each student to make sure they got their order correct. I have come here many times. The woman that works there(older indian) is just awful when making the sandwich. I ask for extra lettuce and she puts 2 more pieces. I ask for the sauce or mustard to be put on the bread not on the veggies… she ignores what I say. She skimps on the items to be put into the sandwich. The last time I was there the bread felt firm instead of soft. Every time I go in to this subway I try and get one of the men that work there. The men seem to listen to what the customer wants. That particular woman doesn’t listen. Finally after so many times and dealing with this woman and her lack of ability to make a decent subway sandwich I felt the need to Unilocal

I haven’t actually ate here, but this is why this particular subway receives 1 star. One night, about 7pm, my fiancé and I decided we want something light, not greasy but fast. Subway was the first place to come to mind. So we said, «why not!» I checked their website and it said this particular location closed at 9pm. Perfect! I wrote down my order, and sent my fiancé on his happy little way. Well, as he pulled up, he said the two female workers were watching him and one of the girls walked to the door as he was walking up and proceeded to lock it. My fiancé looked at his phone and said as loud as he could«It’s only 7:30, are you closing? It says you close at 9?» The girl behind the counter waved to him and he couldn’t make out what she was saying. He left, irritated & came home and told me the story. How rude. Are they even allowed to close down shop early like that? Isn’t that illegal or something? Either way, poor customer service and unhappy customers. I will make sure to travel a little further then to go down the street to this Subway again.

When ever I’m in town I make it an point to stop by! They always make a great sandwich and the customer service and the lobby is very clean and tidy! The chips are all neatly organized by type and the dinning room smells clean! I always get the Subway Club with the Spicy Sirrachia sauce with Jalapenos(try it if you dare!) and I’m never disappointed! Great job keep it up!

I used to be a devoted Sandwich fan of the Subway near Foodmaxx but their customer service has gone down hill so with my Subway gift card in tow and looking for a new location to set up my convenient eating at, I found this Subway. It’s arguably the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been to with all new interior that makes you feel like you’re hanging out at home as opposed to a. Sub… way. The line I was in moved very quickly and the person who helped me out(wish I could remember his name!) was fantastic. It was prompt and I got the perfect veggie sandwich. He almost forgot to put the mayo on and I didn’t have to say anything about it, he realized it himself, corrected the situation by writing«hello» in mayo on my sandwich and away we went with topping mountain. The two employees working today were friendly, upbeat, and very detail-oriented. Not one wrong order made and not one sandwich left without mayo. Definitely coming back again and again or at least, until my Subway gift card runs out.

The people in this subway first and foremost Rosie she is the friendliest and nicest person I go to this subway 4 times a week and she is just as happy the first day I show up as any of the other days if I don’t make it in on one of my regular days she is always sure to greet me the next time I come in and ask if everything is ok!!! The food is always good and fresh along with the bread and produce. Great place to eat. The only downfall is there should be some sort of punch card after you buy so many sandwiches you get one free! Thank you to Rosie and her staff for always making people feel welcome a job well done

My husband and I like Subway and this by far is the best one in the area. They are very friendly and the veggies always seem fresh. We will drive a little further just to go to this one. Met the new owner last time and they are very nice and wanted to make us happy.

This was my first visit since the re– model and new management… The young guy was friendly and very attentive… The sandwich was OK… seemed like every bite had a ton of bread and not enough of the honey mustard…

The worst subway around. The bread always seems to be dry here. The staff is rude and will give you attitude when you ask for more of any topping. After giving them many chances, I Wii go out of my way to another Subway and never return to this one.

This is one of the worst Subways around. I won’t eat there ever again. Not only do I agree with Luis C. about the gift card(which includes the Subway Club card) problem — which by the way, they’ve been saying that for months and months — but usually I cannot communicate with the worker because of their lack of English. Also, when I was there the last time, they had half of the lights shut off(which is not allowed by the health dept.) I guess to save money on their electric bill? Anyways, the last two times I was there, I got sick — so no more… And — is it part of the requirement to work there that you have to be crabby and rude? Cuz it seems like every Subway is like that…

I was in the area and I had a Subway gift card that was given to me a couple months back, so I decided to visit this Subway. First, I ordered some new sandwich that comes with slices of Avocado and they didn’t have any Avocados. Second, they didn’t have the Nacho Cheese Doritos. So, I opted out for a different sandwich & chips. When it was time to pay, the deli clerk tells me that their machine is broken and won’t be able to take my gift card. I didn’t have enough cash on hand and I was already frustrated that I walked away and was not going to try to look for an ATM. But before I left, I told the deli clerk to post a big sign at the door that their machine is broken.
