It was some time ago that my mother passed away, so I can not recall the name of the owner at Strang, but he handled the difficult process of making funeral arrangements with the utmost respect and sensitivity. I know that is his job, but he was very genuine and understanding of my family’s unique situation. Without going into detail, he went above and beyond to work with our circumstances and make sure that we were able to focus on our own grieving rather than the stress of planning the service. He was so knowledgable and was able to guide us in many areas of dealing with a death. He was serious when needed, but also able to crack a joke now and again, which, at a time like that, was refreshing. He really made the experience the best that it possibly could be. The staff was also very professional and able to adapt to extra guests by setting up an additional seating area without any difficulty. Everything was very well-​organized and put together beautifully. I highly recommend Strang Funeral Home in the event that you are looking for a comfortable, honest place to work with.
