I needed a new diswasher in a hurry but none of the «big box» stores could deliver and install in less than three days. Stewart-​Molander Appliances saved the day! They helped me choose a new dishwasher that fit my needs and budget and then arranged for delivery and installation to fit my time frame. It is great to have a local business that is personable, professional and flexible. No long waits for a service rep., no getting lost in a huge warehouse store and no long lines at checkout. Good service still lives on!

These guys are awesome. Very helpful. They know their shit when it comes to repairs. Been using them for years when I need parts or advice on making a repair. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve been a Stewart-​Molander customer for over 25 years. In 2007, I updated my kitchen, which included a GE Advantium Profile microwave. After a recent PG&E power outage, the microwave went out. Stewart Molander was able to identify the problem and then replaced the circuit board, and everything is now as good as new. Their price beat the competition, and their staff was very professional.

Thank you Stewart Molander Appliances. Looks like the Thanksgiving disaster is averted. Technician Greg rocks and fixed my stove just in time.

I have dealt with Stewart-​Molanders on quite a few occasions. All have been very positive. I’ve purchased appliances, and had times where I needed repairs. This time was for a refrigerator repair. The repair time was scheduled, and the repair person,(Aaron), showed up right on time and performed his trouble-​shooting. Parts were ordered and today he showed up again and quickly and very professionally completed the repair. I am very pleased with this company and their services.

My first experience with Stewart-​Molander was a very positive experience. I don’t have a lot of faith in Appliance Repair places but took the recommendation of a Colleague, and was glad I did. Here we are 4 weeks away from Christmas, money is tight and the refrigerator goes out. What do you do? Can’t just go get a cooler to briefly satisfy your refrigeration needs, and looking at the cost of a new refer, wasn’t in the budget, so I decided to give it a shot. It was a small part that cost just over $ 200.00. Well within the budget of the unexpected. So I highly recommend this company for appliance repair. They have renewed my faith in reputable repair business and they are local.

Well, for the record, the staff at Stewart-​Molanders is awesome. I’ve used them many times before in the past and Debra at the counter is always willing to help and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m getting the best deal and explains everything to make sure we have all ends covered. I should of wrote a review long time ago but that’s my bad. I recently had my mom’s dryer go out and I usually self diagnosis and get parts through them. Like to stick with OEM parts and not have to deal with aftermarket crap. I actually was a little stumped on this one but with Debra and Master Tech Greg we found the problem and made me look like a hero with mom. Whenever I look or have any question on any appliances, this is always my place to call. Friendly staff, technician willing to help you with your own diagnosis and recommend what problem could be. All in all, they are there for your best interest and really do take care of their customers. They haven’t been in business for so many years for nothing. Keep up the great work guys and if anyone wasn’t happy with your services that’s their own issue, just your luck they have to take it out on ya. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I hauled my dryer down to Molander years ago and they told me my diagnosis of a noise for 60.00 or so dollars would be part of the repair if they did the work. They told me it needed a part for about $ 40.00 and labor was around $ 120.00. I asked about the diagnosis fee and the story changed. It wasn’t going to be part of the repair. It was going to cost me over $ 200.00 to fix a tensioner. I bought the part and hauled the dryer home and fixed it myself in an hour. I vowed not to go back again. Just recently I thought I would try them again being a local business. They wanted over $ 100.00 for a part for my washer. It seemed high. I found the same part on-​line for 40% less. yeah there was 6.95 in freight and it I got it the next day. To make things worse the lady at the counter didn’t seem to care. Same lady that changed her story a few years ago.
Sorry Molander, I don’t mind paying a little extra but at least be in the price range and work on your customer skills.

Phoning around for Frigidaire washer parts near Brentwood after using Google to find appliance stores. Called and Dan picked up to help me out, he went the extra mile to help find the part. Unusually good customer service, a pleasure to deal with, and found an option on the part with pricing that saved me a bunch. Will def be doing business with him again in the future when we need appliance parts

my refrigerator was making a loud noise so i called stewart molander. I’ve used them before to order parts. so I thought to use them to repair my frig. They charge $ 69 for an estaminet and it counts over to your bill if they fix it. I needed my refrigerator fixed so I had them come over. the technician was very honest and told me that he can repair it for $ 800 but its not worth it because it will break down any ways and that I should buy a new refrigerator. I then asked if I can have a discount on the $ 69 because he suggested me to buy a new refrigerator. He said he couldnt do it. So I called his office and the rude manager also said she wouldnt give me a discount. I wasnt asking for any thing free and my intentions were to use them for the repairs. So if your looking for a repair there are plenty of places that will give you a free estaminet and charge way less. I bought a new frig;-)

I called this business for a part for my Whirlpool Washer and they had it in stock. I went within the hour and a most pleasant salesperson (Roseann) was very helpfull. The part was a main control panel… We were not sure if we might need a technician to install it so Roseann brought a technician to explain just how simple it would be to install and gave us directons. What nice people… a very pleasant experience and i will highly recommend this establishment !! Thank you !!

High prices for appliances
They do have an extensive selection of appliance repair parts
I have bought parts here probably 20 – 25 times over the years .
They have always had what i needed
My last 2 repairs were a belt for a dryer and a starter for a refrigerator,
In both cases their prices were about the same as found on the Internet. BUT of course i didn’t have to pay shipping so the parts actually cost less than on line
I do know people that have purchased appliances and been very happy with the service
I also know people that have used them for repairs and been satisfied.
There are a number of reasons this place has been in business forever
