Pleasantly surprised by this gem of a place. Got a reflexology for 2. It was expertly done. Well worth the drive from Nashville. A Groupon brought me here. I will be back!

I’ve been here once before and it was an okay experience. I live nearby so I thought I would try it again.
It was the worst massage I have ever had. Ever. I tried to explain what was happening was making things worse and she said okay. And it just got worse and worse until I finally said no more. She called the manager in and I said I was done and how bad the massage was. Then they left the room for me to change.
The thing that made me write this review was he still charged me. I even told him how stunned I was he was charging me and because of that they were going to get a bad review and he still charged me.
When I was walking out he let me know he will have all new girls next month and I should come back.
They do not understand customer service and they do not understand massage.
I will never go back.

I have been there a few times and each time had a pleasant experience. Their massages and facials are really good. They seem to know their job and aren’t trying to sell you anything. They do have Dermalogica skin care for sale, but they aren’t pushy to sell it.
There is also SK hair and nail salon, a few girlfriends of mine swore that girls in there do an amazing job, but I haven’t checked it myself.

Thanks to Grace for the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in a long time. They were able to get me in on short notice and well worth it. Thanks Jesse for the heads up on Grace. Will definitely be back.

My favorite place! Love the massage therapists and the quaint atmosphere! Nothing stuffy here! And we had a girls day at the spa with about 6 girlfriends and it was wonderful! Amy and her team were so accommodating — can’t wait to plan another one!

I love this place!!! I started going here last month after purchasing a groupon. This place is very professional. All of the massage therapist are awesome. Thanks Amy, Janelle, Lana, Dixie and everyone else that works here. You guys are so amazing. I won’t go anywhere else because these women know what they are doing. They always give you a discount card after your service is complete.

I bought the recent groupon for 2 eyebrow waxes. My first experience was in May and it was just incredibly awkward. The woman was nice but totally botched my brows. I went home and hid in the bathroom to fix it before I let my boyfriend see my face. Additionally she pushed their products to an uncomfortable amount. Like tried to put them in my hands and force me to buy them. However since I had bought 2 groupons I went back today to get the second wax. I thought I made it clear I wanted an eyebrow wax. As soon as I say down, in a damp chair, she told me I needed to have my face waxes, my eyebrows done, and she would dye them to make them look fuller. I tried to be firm and so no thanks I’m fine. I have blonde face hair and have never been suggested to have it waxed nor I have ever seen any to be waxed. She insisted to an uncomfortable degree and because I’m a sucker I agreed. After causing my face to bleed she went on to do my eyebrows and coloring them. She also told me how bad my skin looked and how I needed to come back for a facial and buy $ 70 worth of their products. And then when I went to check out my groupon eyebrow wax turned into over $ 40 and she «gave me a deal». I’m all for increasing sales and I understand small businesses but it makes me really uncomfortable when you push things on someone. Additionally if you’re gonna push services on people at least tell them what the cost is gonna be before they agree to it. Overall it was an exceptionally awkward experience for a mediocre brow job.
