Ordered a tomato and mushroom pizza. It was fresh and delicious! Pick up was fast and smooth. Well worth the 15.00 I paid

Came in on a Sunday. Ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic breadsticks for afternoon football. I used a coupon I received in the mail so one of my pizzas was cheaper. They were ready in about 5 minutes. The employees were nice and were on top of getting the pizzas prepared. I hadn’t had Papa Murphey’s in a long time and I will definitely be back to this location. Good food at a good price.

I have never experienced such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called my order in yesterday and advised Travis that I had a coupon for a large one topping pizza for $ 7. I explained that I wanted to add two toppings, and that I would take two of them. He said no problem and that my order would be ready in 10 min! Super excited, I dragged myself and my 3 kids out in the pouring rain to pickup our dinner. When I arrived, he said that my total would be $ 30, confused, I said, oh you forgot my coupon, and that I just talked to you on the phone. He went on to say, oh well, it’s complicated. and that if you use a coupon you can’t add on toppings. Furious, I went on to say that I’ve been eating here for years every week, and that I never was told this, and when I just spoke with him on the phone he NEVER ONCE MENTIONED THAT I COULDN’T USE MY COUPON. Again, he said oh well, its complicated but I can’t take your coupon. Enraged, I said this is horrible customer service, and bad business. I also went on to say, if the rules had changed about not being able to add toppings, (which I do every week) that you should have said that before I came all the way here. unapologetic, never once trying to smooth things over with me, the customer, he said there’s nothing more I can do for you. I left, furious, with 3 hungry kids in the car wondering where there pizza was. I asked for the manager’s name, reluctantly I was given the information and that she would be in at 11am the next day. I called today, and was advised she was not in. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. What a shame since I was a weekly customer, and recommended this Pappy Murphy’s to all my family and friends in the past; NEVER AGAIN. I’m also writing to the corporate office on what horrible service I received.

The food was absolutely Great but the customer service was absolutely horrible I have never been more disappointed at a food chain restaurant ever before until today, The workers seemed unprofessional and they didn’t even know how to work their own machines. After I made my transaction I forgot to use my coupon then I asked the cashier to void the transaction and let me use my coupon but both of the cashier and manager did not know how to do that. I honestly think they didn’t even try.

What’s not to like? For about $ 12.00 I get a BIG pizza with lots of toppings, and i usually pay another $ 1.00 for having them add artichokes (and they’re not shy about loading it up).

I love fresh food! Baking these pizzas are totally worth the wait.
The Cheesy Bread wheel is a great appetizer. We love ordering it for snack time. The bread is so fluffy and has the right amount of cheese and garlic. You just have to cook it right.
Chicken Bacon Stuffed is our favorite pizza. I enjoy how the cheese is so stringy and how the chicken, bacon and diced tomatoes compliment each other. Stuffed crust is totally the way to go.
S’mores pizza is my favorite dessert pizza. Hershey chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, a little Bit of oats, and brown sugar? Goodness gracious it just waters in my mouth. I’m a chocolate feen so this dessert hits the spot everytime. This is a MUST HAVE.

We love this place. The pizza is good, reasonable and you bake it yourself so it’s always hot and fresh. What more can you ask? We usually place our order in advance and my husband picks it up on his way home from work. They’re always ready. He’s never had to wait. It works out great. If you join their E club you constantly get discount coupons. My husband’s favorite is the chicken garlic pizza. As a matter of fact, the chicken garlic is on special right now, a large for $ 10. Can’t beat that! So, he’s picking one up tonight for dinner and I know it will be delicious, it always is.

We love this place. We place our order while we’re on the road and by the time we get there, it is prepared and ready to go. Love thier stuffed pizzas. If you’re going to eat fatty pizza, this is the place. CHEAP TOO!!!

Best deal on pizza anywhere. Good salads and cookie dough too. Gourmet veggie pizza is EXCELLENT. Good as any I’ve had at any pizza place. What I like about this location is the kids working there are always friendly, helpful and polite. Always.

Not too bad. I had the Gourmet Veggie. It was pretty good. Good value.

Papa, you are good in a pinch when I find out all the kids are hanging out at my house unexpectedly with their big ass appetites.
If you get anything here other than their thin crust be warned: its like eating a piece of shag carpet. But, kids don’t mind that — they probably don’t even know what shag carpet is…
The chicken and artichoke is my favorite.
Lets be real here tho — when its 110 degrees in Antioch are you seriously going to turn on your oven to bake a pizza?
