McDonald’s

No comprehensive review needed. This place is very efficient at performing it’s function and has all the amenities you would need at a restaurant. It has dedicated parking, quick service, and a consistent product that is conveniently located off the freeway at Hillcrest.

This McDonald’s drive thru is a little bit better than the McDonald’s on Lone Tree. But it’s still very slow!!!

We frequent this McDonald’s and we’ve had good and speedy service almost every time. It’s conveniently located and drive-​thru is an ease.

I usually don’t write reviews but I was SO annoyed today with this McDonald’s service that I had to.
I came here to buy my child a happy meal which I rarely do. I was rudely greeted and overcharged for a drink that’s supposed to come WITH THE MEAL! (Apple juice)
When I confronted the cashier, she said «I don’t know why it did that.» And I asked her why all the sudden McDonald’s would start charging for a drink that is supposed to come with the meal and she just shrugged her shoulders. Annoyed, I asked for the manager to which her reply is «I am the manager».
She annoyed me to the point where I won’t even be going to McDonald’s in general again, period (which is probably for the best anyways lol).

This is by far one of THE WORSE experience I had to deal with. And by the manager non the less. He should be fired! I asked for his name but he refused to tell me. He was a Latino man. I hope he gets fired so such poor customer service. Mainly because I had asked him why people who ordered AFTER us, got their food before we did. Not only did he not acknowledge me, he turn to speak Spanish to a employee near him. She turned around looked at us and shrugged her shoulders. Who does that? Ridiculous!

I often go to this McDonald’s drive-​thru! Almoust everytime i order my food and if i ask to have extra Cup of Ranch dressing or Mayonaise, almoust everytime they dont give it to me, so many times i get to my house and open the bag they didnt even put any napkins at all. Very very poor service, i am not sure iff they are understafed or is just they dont have good training at this place. The only good thing about this place is location thats all. So many times i have to park my car and go inside with my receipt and ask why the order wasnt complete, if you pay for something you should be able to trust the people who work there that they will do good service for customers.

I went to this McDonalds location and ordered an iced coffee with nothing in it, which to me means the ice and the coffee with nothing in it, and what I received was a coffee with creamer. I went to the counter and before I could say «I ordered this coffee plain, with nothing in it. Can you please change this for a plain coffee with ice,» one of the ladies in a manager’s outfit had her eyebrows raised like she had an attitude. I know that people who work at fast food places probably have to deal with rude people so I try to be nice. After I told the young man who helped me when I ordered what I meant, the manager lady said «what’s the problem,» with the tone of voice that told me that she was irritated, all the while her eyebrows were raised. All I wanted was the coffee. I didn’t go in there to argue with anyone, so after I got the plain iced coffee I had asked for, I said thank you. I understand that people have bad days but most also know that you cannot bring your problems to work.

Stop off after picking my daughter up from Park and ride. As my daughter is telling me what she wants I’m relaying it to the drive thru person. She wanted a Sausage biscuit, Mc Griddle, hash browns and OJ. Once we got to the window where you pay. I told the lady isn’t is cheaper if we get a meal, she said yes. But never changed the price. What kind of customer service is that. I feel as if she should have taken it upon herself to tell me it’s cheaper if I get a meal.

This McDonalds is in a great location on Deer Valley Rd next to Walgreens, Oreilly and Rent A Center. It’s close to Highway 4 across from busy Safeway shopping center. The new Bart ext will be close to this area for people to get their breakfast and dinner. Great location.

«They screwed me at the drive-​thru»!
I ordered a large coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugars. The receipt showed 2 cream and 2 sugars. But they gave me a black coffee with NOTHING!!! How difficult is it really? They also gave me the wrong breakfast Sandwich.

The service here is always so slow and the cashiers are rude too. They seem to always mess up my order or theres something u want that is not available.

Real hot day and shake machine is broke. Nothing cold to drink except soda. And I don’t drink soda

I have no idea why, but there is sometimes such a big difference between different stores of a same chain. I understand that it is fast food and I understand that the location of this specific Mcdonalds is not the very best area of town, but come on. Not only is the service worse than any other mcdonalds in the area, but even the quality of food. The sodas are either watered down or not connected correctly to the soda containers FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS :). Aso the food is just not the same quality and taste as in other stores. Go try it and you will undestand what I mean. I guess the Management and stuff thinks that just because they are dealing mostly with certain minorities and low income people, they dont have to maintain a certain standard with their food and service. Yuck this place is terrible :(.

Went inside last week. One worker a tall guy with really short hair, was complaining about the ’ pinche huevos’ or in english, the f… in eggs! I am thinking that if he has that attitude toward the eggs I may not want to eat them.
Lesson to all hispanics, just because someone has blue eyes it is not safe to assume you can speak in front of them and they will be clueless.

This is the worst when I mean worst I mean by all the worst fucking McDonald’s! I swear how hard is it to fucking keep making the same mistake on only a 3 order item! I swear! I thought they would change after a whole year not coming to this McDonalds but apparently they just don’t change they need to step up their fucking customer services and memory!

Service and food not bad for a fast food joint, kids are happy… although «You always get screwed at the Drive — Thru ! »

I take my grandkids here every time I have them on the weekends because it is the closest FF from my home. You usualy have to repeat your order several times and always check your bag before you leave. They sometimes forget part of your order but I know how busy they must be and how stressful their jobs are. Also, if you ask for extra ice … well that is a hard one for them to get.
But you still get the same hamburger and fries that you got 20 years ago. I do enjoy the coffee drinks and the sweet tea is a sweet deal at only 99 cents.
7 27 pm and my posting has remained on — maybe I have passed the test and Unilocal will start taking my reviews. thanks Unilocal I am really just an honest grandmother with no political agendas — but like to give credit where it is deserved and tell others about some of my not so positive experiences. Maybe I will have to change my nickname.

Typical McDonald’s with usual menu. Nice staff, but the customers who go here seem to be increasingly more «rough around the edges». Very different experience from the last few years I’ve lived in Antioch and visited this location.

A review for McDonald’s, how can I resist?!?
I just couldn’t because their coffees are just that great. Went through the drive-​thru. Ordered a medium iced sugar free vanilla latte. With my expectations pretty low, I was pleasantly surprised that it was tasty and complimented the crazy hot morning. The iced coffee was pretty simple. And since their coffee menu is basic, there’s really no chance of getting my order wrong, unlike Starbucks who have gotten their slew of 1 – 2 star reviews because they mistake «toffee shot» with «coffee shot». Not to mention, my medium iced sugar free vanilla latte cost $ 2.79. In Starbucks, the same sized drink would’ve costed me $ 3.79.
Really, all this time, have I been paying an extra buck to call my medium coffee GRANDE?!? This seems to be the case.
The employees working the drive thru window at this McDonald’s are super nice too. The lady handed me my change and my drink with a smile on her face (or maybe she was squinting from the sunlight). Unlike Starbucks workers who, based on prior experiences, look more haggard and act more disgruntled in the morning than their patrons.
Yay for McCafe. I’ll be coming back here.
