Zero. Called about van Wed., told it was there. Drove there, told van would not be back til Sat. Standing at the front desk the moron behind the desk tried to sell me the van. When I realized what he was doing I told him I would never buy a vehicle without seeing it, driving it and checking out the engine. He got rude, loud and ignorant. Whole place was looking at him. This place has no respect for customers and women especially. I can add stay away from Napleton Ford in Lib. and the dealer on 173 by the Jewel in Antioch, forgot the name don’t know if they are still there. RUDE, NASTY, LIARS and WOMEN haters. I can tell you Golf Mill Ford was great Darwin salesman and Stasek Chevy. I have now called them again.

Contacted the dealership via email, went back and forth with sales rep over the vehicle I wanted.
We agreed on a price and made commitment to purchase the car. I drove an hour and half to get there, checked the car, drove it and decided to buy the car. Then I was told by manager that I am the only one that made a commitment — to buy the car but they didn’t commit to sell it to me…
I tried to talk to the owner but he was stubborn and I left empty handed.
Shame they made me believe that they are reputable & honest. Made me drive total of 3 hours and waste my Saturday afternoon for nothing.
Stay away from them!!!

Buyer beware especially applies to this dealership
Brought my car in for service needed a wiper part was told it was $ 296
Called other dealers it was only $ 206 Kunes marks it up an extra $ 90 dealer profit
Spoke to the service director who told me profit wasnt a bad thing
Hes right not for him or his dealership just me and any other consumer who brings thier car to this dealership for service!

Can I give this place less than 1 star? The service manager at this location is extremely rude. I think he thought he was funny. He gave inconsistent answers regarding the service warranty. I will not be going back. In addition I’ve heard some stories about bad service performed on vehicles.
