I went to their office in walnut creek, with Dr Grant. First their front desk lady is awesome! It’s everything else that’s not right. I’ve been going there almost a year (on workers comp injury) and have gotten no where. I have had 4 accupuncture treatments & the rest got denied due to a typo from their office the said i had 14 treatments! The communication is horrible, I’ve sent emails & left messages numerous times & don’t get calls back. The only way to talk to my dr is at our monthly appts, which I see the dr for maybe 1 minute (the rest of appt time is spent waiting in the room or with a NP). Waste of time! I’m over it & am switching to a new pain management dr.
