Hillcrest View Apartments

im giving a 1 star only on the fact that .3 people wrote a review… the owner, and some other crew members. a little wierd… so im personally talking to some people in the complex… then i will write a true review. for all of u… no place in antioch, ca is a really good place… so …we will see!!!

I have been here for 5 years Now! I feel that this property is a wonderful community– where my husband and children feel safe and are able to enjoy their surroundings with out worry. I get along great with all of my neighbors! Love sharing foods that we make with each other. Our kids play together and watch out for each other. Once when my daughter got hurt — a neighbor thought nothing to help her and put a bandage on it — without even asking. :-) For the 5 years that my family and I have been here — Rene, the Manager here has always treated everybody the same, very friendly, professional and fair… This is definitely a «Community» Family environment and would recommend to anyone and everyone! Love It HERE!!!

I just moved in to Hillcrest View Apartments on the recommendation of a friend who used to work here and I am very grateful to have found this treasure spot. Everyone is so friendly and the location is so quiet and secure. Renee is a wonderful property Manager and went above and way beyond to get me into my apartment at the earliest possible time. I love the apartment itself. The bedrooms are of great size and the floor plan I have is wonderful. I have lots of natural light and and the colors they chose for the walls give my home an elegant comfortable ambiance to come home to. I’m so excited to be a new tenant!

I have lived here a year now. And I will most definitely be renewing my lease. It’s calm and quiet here. Everyone is friendly And I’ve never had any problems. Rene is absolutely amazing as a property manager she takes care of everything right away and goes the extra mile. The property is always clean and kept nice. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else :)
