This place is a joke, they don’t honor the 5.99 deal they claim that is only«online» and when I asked why u could only get three for 5.99 when it says 2 or more he informed me it’s only certain ones… not sure if they even know what their doing and that’s being nice

App states 22 minutes for delivery. Call after an hour and told another hour before delivery. This location continues to disappoint. Looks like papa johns going forward

I have to agree with the other review of this location. I got a chicken bowl today… the one with alfredo sauce… well guess what… NODAMNCHICKEN… and when I called some rude b&*#& on the phone said, «Well, I saw them put chicken in it»… and I said«You actually saw someone put chicken in my bowl?»(Because it is clearly WITHOUT A SINGLEPIECEOFCHICKEN)… then she said«Well, I supposedly did»…whatever the hell that is supposed to mean. This is not my first less than pleasant experience with this deplorable establishment… but it certainly is going to be my last!!!

I don’t think I have to describe the menu at a Domino’s Pizza as they are a popular chain, but this new location stands out as the worst customer experience I have had in quite some time. While the store is nicely designed and state of the art, the customer service and food quality is poor. There is no apparent system or workflow in place and no one behind the counter knows how to communicate effectively if at all. I placed an online order at 3PM to be picked up at 6pm. I arrived at the store at 10 minutes till and after paying for my order, the counter worker realized that my order was just being made which was no problem. Things went downhill from there. There is a order board that you can watch the status of your order. I watched my status change and seemingly the counter worker who took my money was the one boxing the orders as they came out. She never came back to the counter or called my name. I watched three people come in and pick up or place an order so I went up to the counter. At that point, my order is now off the board and it is about 8 minutes after 6. I try to get the attention of the other counter worker who looks at me and turns around as if he does not see me so now I am fully tickaed. I finally tell him that my order is up and now off the board. He looks at all the orders and cant find it. He consults with the other counter worker who checked in my order and took my money and she acts like she just started her shift and has no idea what is going on or where my order is. He finally goes to another woman who was making pizza’s but seems to be in charge who tells him something. He then asks me was my name the name on the order. I go ballistic as my entire name was just posted on the board for everyone in the restaurant to see and I tell him this. The woman then goes over and says oh here is your order. He told me it wasn’t here. Well clearly he can’t read and I tell her this. I also make mention that placing a future order online is a waste of time as it has taken me the same amount of time as a customer who just walked in and placed an order. She has no response. Then as I walk away she asks loudly did she pay for her order. I spin around and start to go off again because of course I paid for my order. She says that she was not talking to me. I storm out. If I could overlook all of this, what sent me into a rage spiral is the fact that my pizza and cheesy bread is haphazardly put together and the sauce is watered down. It may as well have been ketchup. No one is expecting a hand crafted gourmet pizza from Domino’s however the reason we patronize chain restaurants is for consistency. I can go into any McDonald’s or Domino’s anywhere in the country and the same products will look and taste the same. I have never been treated so poorly only to arrive and have the food be horrible as well. The entire staff needs soft skills and efficiency training and they need a clear manager in the store as the woman in charge that night made pizzas, took money, and managed staff which is unacceptable but for the food to not be up to the chain’s own standards suggests that there was no corporate oversight or training in place for this location. Just make the drive to the store in Lavergne.
