Burger King

Unreasonably slow. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through with nobody dining inside. Lady had to yell 3 times for my sandwich to the kitchen. However, she was very friendly and apologized for the wait at least.

This place is the most unprincipled place I have been too in my life after the drive thru line didn’t move I thought by moving inside I would get faster service. .not .After placing my order the manager came and got our receipts to call out the orders they had erased the orders on their screens unknown why. Needless to say after 15 minutes of waiting for a ham egg sandwich all I received was a orange juice. so I’m out 5.66 cents my original order..

This might be the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Each time I go, the restaurant is out of key items, such as the Whopper (today’s visit) or the XL BBQ Cheeseburger and onion rings (previous visit). The customer service is awful, as you are never greeted or welcomed for coming to Burger King. On a previous visit, I even had a drive-​thru attendant tell me they weren’t working the drive-​thru that day and I needed to come inside if I wanted my food. I could list many more complaints, but why waste the time. Avoid this restaurant. There are many better options nearby.

Don’t be fooled by that 5star review. This is hands down the worst restaurant in the area. I can’t really say much for the food because out of 3 times I’ve stopped here, I was only able to actually get food once. I’ve never been to a restaurant where I’ve been flat out ignored by employees to the point they couldn’t even be bothered to take my order — drive-​thru and inside as well. I live close by and drive past here often, and it’s not unusual to see a line of cars just waiting to order with no cars at the windows actually picking up food. I’d hate to speculate on how this business actually makes enough money to stay open, but from the looks of the employees, nothing would surprise me at all.

This is the absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to! The customer service there is terrible. Their drive-​thru stays open pretty late (or is supposed to). We have gone a couple hours before closing time and they would not even acknowledge that someone was at the order screen waiting (no, there were no technical difficulties). It’s like they don’t want customers. They flat out ignored every car that was in line, forcing everyone to just drive away. There has only been one nice employee working the window out of the few times we have gone. The other times were ghetto girls with terrible attitudes. It takes a lot to make me angry, and I get angry everytime I try to come to this place. I would rather settle for McDonalds or drive to a different BK location. Maybe a change of management or something might help this place out. Until something changes, I won’t be going there again to be ignored or mistreated.

This is the second worst bk location I have ever been to. I don’t know what it is about fast food restaurants in Antioch but it seems to be a pattern for Antioch. The employees were very unpleasant and acted as if we were ruining their day. I know it sucks working fast food but if you can’t even act like your happy to have a job then maybe you should be fired. If you’re really craving bk, maybe the drive thru is a better option for this place. It was empty in there when we went so I can only imagine how bad they are when its busy.

This past weekend I was in the area and saw the sign, buy a whopper get one free! I am not cheap however I do like to eat and feel guilty when I buy something for myself and not my husband so this was the perfect deal for me! It was only on Friday but then I think saturday they had free fries or something– always doing something it seems. And the Whoppers fully loaded for 3.49 were a steal! Highly recommend this location even though it can be a pain to get into the lot!
