I’m never the type of person to complain but my stay was so terrible I will be calling the health department as well. My room has bugs, EVERYTHING was dirty, my room had graffiti in it including the f word & n word, & no phone or any tv activity in my room. The worst part was when I checked in the front desk person, I’m assuming the owner, asked me,“when are you checking out” I responded with, «check out time.» Check out time is 11, he laughed VERY rudely laughed at me. When I has problems with my tv & tried to get it figured out he told me, «we are trying to sleep!» I was absolutely surprised this place still has business. It was loud all night & the person at the front desk told me 3 different prices for me & my dog. I defiantly rather sleep at the Dairy Queen next door.

Come for the cheap room, enjoy the terror of the drug dealing and mobile meth lab(RV) in the parking lot. I ended up driving to San Jose at 10 at night rather than stay here. Why? Well there is a burnt up trailer in the parking lot with a couple of dudes running in and out of. Then there were two guys, I shit you not with guns on the balcony above. I asked for a refund and was told that the trailer was a red cross vehicle and that everything was okay. This is an RV with blankets on the windows and every vent on the roof open. Young dudes with guns in their pants, one was even nice enough to let me get a better look at it. I guess you could stay here and prove your courage, but I wouldn’t recommend this place as a family experience.

This is an unclean hotel that caters primarily to shady business clients. I made a reservation for a 1 bed(king) non-smoking room for two nights over the phone, and gave them my credit card info to hold it. When I checked in, the«manager» took my card and informed me that it would be 1 ½ times what I was quoted on the phone. I had to argue the price and explain that I had a reservation, which he did not at all understand. There were no single bed non smoking rooms available, so he put us up in a double the first night, and informed us that we would have to change the second night. The first room was absolutely mortifying, wreaked, and was extremely grimey. The shower did not work, the bed was nothing more than a cloth on rusty springs, and you could hear everything in the hotel, which included pounding on doors and screaming matches all night. We packed our things in the morning to go out for the day and traded keys. As I was waiting to talk to the manager, I listened to him argue with a very sketchy woman who insisted on taking a shower, and telling him that she brought him lots of clients, threatening not to do so anymore. In any other business in the U.S. she would be escorted off the property by security or police. But instead, the manager pleaded with her to continue bringing him clients. It was disturbing. The second room was worse. It was a smoking room, which I repeatedly told the manager I didn’t want and was assured I would not get. The«king» bed was a mattress that is a few decades old on top of twin stands. I laid down and was immediately ejected from the bed because one of the stands was completely busted. Deciding that a shower would cheer me up, tried to wash myself only to find that this shower also did not work. To top it off, there was a lamp on the nightstand, and no outlet anywhere in that wall or that side of the room; there was literally a lamp for no reason other than to give the impression that there could be light.
