All Clear Sewer & Drainage

They actually came out on 12÷23÷16 first to rod out my sewer line from the laundry to the main cutout. At that time, they told me that the pipe was extremely built up and they recommended an aqua-​jet flush to clear everything out. At 2-​days before Christmas, I decided that since the water was flowing ok now, we would be okay. Boy were they RIGHT! A few weeks after their visit we started to backup again. I waited until it was so bad I had to do something or we couldn’t wash our clothes! I called them this morning looking to get them in before the end of the month. The lead plummer, Chris, remembered me and within an hour after my call they were at my front door!!! I was there watching the whole time and clearly saw 2 MAJOR points where there were clogs. They took their time and worked the aqua-​jet in and was able to get by each clog. They were extremely patient and professional, and cleaned up after the job. The water flow now looks like there are new drain pipes! Chris recommended an annual cleaning and I will take them up on their recommendation! I would HIGHLY recommend this business.

they will quote you a low price, then when they start the work the price goes up. I had to pay $ 1500 for 3 hours of drain rodding!!! that’s ridiculous pricing and I have an open inquiry with the attorney general’s office.
I own a multi family building with a clogged sewer line and they knew they had me in a corner. So they took advantage of me because of the situation.
I spoke directly with the owner Tom Patton. He is rude, called me a liar, yelled at me like he was speaking to a child and hung up on me.
This is the most unprofessional business I had ever dealt with.

I called All Clear as they advertised a $ 50 rodding special. When I called to make the appointment I explained to the scheduler that this was a sink line in my crawlspace. The conversation we had was that this would be acceptable for the advertised deal. The crew arrived on time as scheduled. Looked at the job and said it would be $ 100 because it was hard to access. I was kinda stuck at this point so agreed. I am very happy with the work that Darrin and his crew did. They were clean, professional and really fast. As in done in 20 minutes fast. Before posting this on Unilocal I did call into the their office to try to get an understanding as to why the price doubled. The scheduler explained to me that any work done in a crawl space is not considered easy access and that wouldn’t qualify for the $ 50 special. When I asked why I wasn’t told this when I made the initial appointment the answer i received was that I should have been charged $ 125 and should be grateful for not being charged full price. I am not feeling very grateful right now. My opinion is that their advertised coupon is a bait and switch scam.
