I went to
and filled out a form to have my iPhone repaired. I no sooner hit the send button and my phone rang, a tech was scheduled and the information was emailed to me. Ryan came out, quickly and efficiently repaired my iPhone. I would use this service again when/​if my iPhone glass is damaged.

Fixed my daughters cracked IPhone in January and did a great job. It was half the cost of the Apple Store and much less hassle. We made an appointment, met up with him and it was done in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend anyone with a cracked glass to give Doug a call, you will be happy you did

Contacted iCracked regarding my broken 5S and Doug responded within minutes. Despite being during the holiday week he met me at a Starbucks close to my house 2 hours later, and fixed my phone while I had hot chocolate with my kids. Less than an hour later my phone was as good as new. Would definitely recommend Doug at iCracked!
