We are moving to northwest Phoenix and need a house to rent while we research the area before buying. I had a great experience working with Dianne and would recommend her to anyone. She was caring and thorough and really seemed to care about me and my family.

Our agent was a wonderful person who expended great effort to find us a rental property and the main reason why I’m giving Jones five stars. Unfortunately, we failed to find anything that suited our needs that wasn’t rented by the time we finished looking at it. And frankly, I was a bit slow on some of the paperwork. Apparently, at that time of year (August) there is a big demand for rentals and it’s possible and even likely that one can be available when you drive up and rented by the time you complete your tour. There was a problem later on when I thought that the company did not refund our application fees when we did not find a rental. After Mr. Jones investigated it was apparent that the fault was with my credit card company and not D. L. Jones. Mr. Jones forwarded documentation to me and gave me the tools I needed to secure those funds. I got good service at every point and even after I rented elsewhere.
