Brought my FLHT to them to investigate a ticking noise in the top end. They told me I have rod knock and that I need a new crank. They said it would be $ 2600. They claimed I had 1/​16″ play in the crank to piston rod journal. I told them they are trying to have work done to generate revenue. If I had «rod knock» to that extent, it would sound like a jack hammer. My bike had a ticking noise. I did not have the work done. I had an independent shop look into it and they replaced lifters for $ 330. Problem solved. That was 20,000 miles ago!
Do not go to these money hungry incompetent liars. I wrote to Harley MoCo and opened a case to investigate their business practices. I would have given a ZERO Star but the parts guys were always good. DO NOT HAVE THEM SERVICE YOUR BIKE.

After dropping my Harley of Friday afternoon for two tires was told it would be done Saturday at noon which in itself seems a long time for two tires but it is what it is. Saturday noon comes along not done. Call at 1:45 not done we will call you right back. No call. Go down there around 2pm. Oh we are working on it, I tell them I just want it back. I had an appointment to get it to the paint shop in Phoenix at 3pm which I wasn’t able to make. Will never use them again. My time or business was not important to them. Must be nice to have so much business that you can lose customers

Went here for some parts while doing my 20k. The older guy in the parts department was cool as hell. Helped me look for everything i asked for. Way more helpful than Chester Harley in Mesa, Scottsdale Harley and Chandler Harley. I wish he would work down here I might actually buy stuff from Harley again…

Was nervous about taking my bike to the dealer for service but, my fork seals needed replaced and I just didn’t have time to do it. Josh and Tony made me feel welcome and took care of my bike at a reasonable price. Was very impressed and happy with the whole experience. Thank you Josh and Tony. I will be back.
