Sunset Ridge Apartments

The apartments are very quiet, especially at night. The management is very quick about fixing things or bringing new things if the old don’t work. If you keep the apartment clean they will return your whole deposit back without giving you a hard time. The only thing that I didn’t like is that rent included a fee for a valet trash, which required special trash bags that you had to provide on your own. Before you move in check where the AC unit is located. In my apartment on the first floor there were 2 units right next to my bedroom window and they were very loud and annoying. Also if you have smoking neighbors, get ready to be exposed to the smell (that was one of the main reasons why I moved out). The rent goes up every year but not too much. Washer and dryer are inside but on the balcony, so it’s a little inconvenient when it rains or is cold outside because balconies are not closed up. And if you’re on the first floor you might get some dust or other stuff from your 2^nd floor neighbors’ balcony.
