I submitted an online order and it was correct and ready on time. The pizza was delicious and the wings were very good as well. The workers didn’t seemed thrilled to be there but that’s not uncommon in pizza joints. We’ll order again from this location.

Great pizza! Never a disappointment, best pizza ever! We eat there at least once a week, foods good and the employees are always fast and efficient.

Although the buffet starts at 5pm and ends at 8pm we arrived and waited for pizza to be brought out for 35mins. At 5:35 one supreme pizza was brought out. IDK about everyone else but my kids are picky eaters and don’t typically eat all of the toppings on a supreme. We waited another 15 mins for a pepperoni pizza to be brought out. A hour and a half after the dinner buffet had started there were only two pizzas brought out. My daughter who pretty much gets the buffet for the cinnamon sticks waited patiently and as the end of our visit neared she asked me to ask if they would be made tonight. I was told yes by a staff member that seemed annoyed with the question. We waited to see if the cinnamon sticks would be brought out soon but they were not. For the price I paid for the buffet for myself and children we could have ordered the pizza for delivery and ate comfortably in our home. We typically frequent the buffet for the variety but this could be our last visit. Very disappointed in the service tonight

One star. Three things. If I could give less stars I would. 1. Ordered a medium pizza and garlic twists, eat in. Waited 45 minutes for JUST the twists to come. I’m still waiting on the pizza as I type this. 2. 50 minutes. Pizza still isn’t here. Where was I? Oh yeah they allow homeless people to hang out here, without any purchase, just because they feel like it. 3. The bathrooms(which I’ve now used 3 times with no food) are ridiculously dirty. I’ve used cleaner bathrooms in dirtier dive bars. Yep, 55 minutes now. Pizza finally came. Thank god. My kids were getting pretty antsy. A word of advice, go to Liberty Pizza. It’s right on the other side of Bel-Air and it’s about half the price.

I am a local here in antelope and I typically LOVE round table pizza. I either order the triple play pepperoni pizza or the chicken garlic gourmet pizza. Every time I have had pizza from this location, the quality is not up to par for the price. I don’t mind paying higher prices for quality food, but when I’m paying those higher prices, I also have higher expectations. This location also lacks customer service. I’d rather go to the pizza place down the street with the orange and black logo out front. If you catch my drift.

Ok I am going to add to me experience from my last post. Friday night we order 2 pizzas on line. Delivery was acually faster then normal«weird». But anyways, we get our pizzas, open my small King Arthur Supreme to find an all meat marvel, WHAT!, My wife calls to complain and after 15 min on hold finally talks to the manager who says«Ok we will send out a new one, but have the old one ready to return(pizza police). So we are now about 50 min into this ordeal when my 2nd pizza shows up. OMG! I think they did this on purpose, it was almost comical(picture attached, the picture with 1 piece of bell pepper on each piece) Now I am really pissed, so I drive up there 10 min away, talk to the manager who has the nerve to ask me do you want us to remake it. NO, I drove all the freaking way up here just to show you how pathetic your pizzas are. DUH! She finally makes me a new pizza, eeh ok this time… And 1 hr and 30 min later I am eating my pizza. Amazing how anyone stays in business anymore! LAME!

Will not return … Worst service ever!!! Called in order, asked for delivery was told 1.5 hours. Decided to pick up, told 20 minutes. Arrived in 30 minutes and waited an additional 15. While waiting, I saw one of my pizzas on the counter getting cold. 10 minutes later second pizza was ready. I checked first pizza and it was cold. Employees didn’t care, «it was under the warmer». When I asked for manager, supervisor came out and said,” manager doesn’t like to work nights”. The attitudes of the front counter employees was horrible, now I know why they don’t wear name tags! I will be sending a complaint to corporate … I know I’m only one person and my business doesn’t matter but to me it does and I won’t be back! I will take my business elsewhere!!!

This Round Table Pizza location consistently does not deliver the correct amount of dipping sauces that I pay for. I love Round Table Pizza, however I am disappointed almost every time with the delivery order and their lack of attention to detail on what I order. I have even gone to the extent of writing in the comments«Please make sure I am given the amount of sauces that I paid for». Yet still I get a disappointing result. I really wish they would train the people that pack the delivery order to pay closer attention to what the customer has ordered!!!

It is so rare nowadays that I am reminded that customer service still matters to people. My trip to Round Table was a great reminder that some still care! I ordered carry out tonight. The restaurant ended up being more busy than expected for a Monday. Employees were hustling to get orders taken and handed out. In front of me was 3 adults working with a Joe, who also called over Kalen. They helped these customers get the right deal with their coupon to make sure that they were able to feed the 10 kids they had with them, without breaking the bank. Joe & Kalen could have easily said no, or just told them to order, use the coupon and move on, but they didn’t. It was quite refreshing to see them building customer relations, instead of just flipping customers for a paycheck. They have certainly earned my loyalty, as well as the loyalty of the family in front of me. Well done!

Went to this Round Table recently for a meeting with my church. The customer service was right on! They did a great job, the Pizza was very good and they were clean at least on the day I went. I usually don’t go out for Pizza but think we may start with a family pizza night. I hope the next time is just as good.

***Dine-In Review for Party of Four Adults and Two Toddlers*** There are times when you are just craving a delicious pie. In this context I am referring to the Italian version; Round Table at the corner of Elverta and Walerga«delivered»(pun intended.) Even though I am not a fan of the heat, and my app warned me the ambient temperature was 92 degrees,(yikes!) this particular Round Table is located within a comfortable biking distance. Once we arrived, we were greeted by a welcoming air-conditioned dining room. The service of the wait staff was typical and to be expected for a pizza parlor; however, not as offensive as some of the previous reviews. The staff answered our menu related questions, assisted with the electronic coupon we presented, and delivered the pizza(Maui Zaui), complete with parmesan cheese, to our table correctly as ordered within 20 – 25 mins. The quality of taste left a little something to be desired as I would have liked a bit more creaminess and full-body flavor from the cheese and sauce; although, the pie was generously topped with an assortment of vegetables and fruits from red onions, artichokes, tomatoes, pineapples, just to name a few.(Oh, side note: big plus for offering Wild Cherry Pepsi at the free refill, self serve, soda fountain.) The dining room was comfortable, spacious, and offered at least three large flat screen televisions; which was broadcasting the women’s FIFA tournament. As a rule of thumb and mentioned before; something I learned from past experiences and from Robert Irvine«Mr. Restaurant Impossible» himself: one can often times gain an insight to the level of cleanliness of the kitchen from the upkeep of the restrooms. Mildly impressed I found the men’s facility at this Round Table to be well above average. The restroom floors were free from grime/trash/debris and other«fluids», the toilets/urinals were clean, the sink/countertop and mirror was wiped down, and no «fragrance de unpleasant public restroom» aroma filled the air. The only two undesirable qualities noted was the carpeted flooring colored naturally dark/black probably because of the amount of dirt/grime; and the openly exposed salad bar was frequented by a few non-paying, winged customers. ***The Low-Down*** All reviews are calculated from the 3 star(average) rating. Pros: +1 star for offering Wild Cherry Pepsi, +1 star for comfortable dining room, +1 star for cleanliness of restroom. Cons: –1 star for filthy carpet flooring, –1 star for flies at salad bar. Bottom Line: we will be back.

The new Artisan pizza was actually really good! Always cautious of pizza chains trying to do too much with their specials. And I’ve only ordered delivery from this location, but have always experienced good customer service on the phone and from delivery carries. They must have switched up employees from the bad reviews I’ve read.

I do not recommend this Roundtable Pizza at all. My hubby and I walked in and weren’t even greeted. The 3 cashiers were too busy complaining about their fellow employee… They literally looked at us as we approached the register and then resumed their conversation… strike 1 I wanted a salad and a pizza, they have a «deal» where you can add a salad to a pizza for $ 5 or $ 5.99 still not sure of the price because the cashier said $ 5.99 and she thinks that was for dine in only… and includes tax or whatever… who knows? If anyone should know it should be the staff… I swore the sign said $ 5…I didn’t get a chance to go back out and look I was so annoyed with their service when I left… strike 2(again) for horrible service. We purchased a large pizza and individual salad. Once I got home I found there was a hair in the salad! Strike 3… after the dismal service we got in the first place I didn’t even return to ask for something else. I threw the salad away and we have sworn off Roundtable for good. There are 3 other pizza locations in a .5 mile radius from here, we’ll try our luck at one of those venues… good riddance Roundtable.
