It takes a lot for me to make a comment! Everytime I come to this location there is an issue with something. I come in tonight 9:08pm and I get it your closing but you have a business that is open tell 10PM. I ask for a 12 pc tender meal and rudely ask me to order another idem because you don’t want to cook 1 more tender, so I ask for the 20 dollar fill up and you ask me to pull around front to wait for 15 min. What was the difference you made me wait anyways??? I get it I have the closing shift at my job. It sucks cleaning and to have to provide service at the same time can be tuff but if you can’t handle the jobs light demands that’s pretty lazy! If I was able to give 0 stars I would.

Worst KFC ever! Asked for country fries instead of mashed potatoes. I got both mashed potatoes and cold tough fries. Didn’t get the coleslaw… Beyond ticked. If employees would pay attention to what they were doing g instead of bantering back and forth they maybe, just maybe would have gotten it right. Oh besides got a bath in ice tea when handed to me because the lid wasn’t on properly. Will never ever go there agsin!

Every time we go to this KFC there’s never any chicken, they always have a wait and they say they are wait times at 8 minutes but we end up waiting 2030 minutes before we can even get our food, it’s very very irritating! we’ve had problems with them before and it’s probably one of the last times going to that place.

This KFC deserves 0 stars. This is the first time I’ve read the reviews for this location and it seems they have issues with food and customer service. As a business owner you would think to check Unilocal reviews and get these issues corrected. I need to put my review in based off what I’ve recently experienced. I go to this KFC once or 2x a month. The last 3 times I’ve been inside a employee by the name of Betsey has been on register. The first time i noticed she was rude i figured maybe shes having a bad day she was the only one working register.(ive worked in fast food and on register i know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed when taking orders). 2nd time we were waiting we were the only ones in line. She seen us but didn’t say anything didn’t say hi ill be right with you just looked at us and was doing everything else. Again i get it if your short staffed but a hey ill be right with you would be nice. 5 minutes go by and then there’s a line… finally she says what can i get for you. Its about 8:00PM and they close at 10 i order chicken strips she rudely says we’re out. I asknfor something else and she rudely replies we’re out of that too. If its 9:3030 minutes before closing time i get if you’re out but not 2 hours before closing time. Its called putting more to make a 10 to 15 minute wait. Her tone set me off and my fiancée had to walk me out Because i was about to go off on her for her attitude and rudeness. So we go this past Sunday 1⁄17 and guess who is working the register? Miss Betsey. She looks at me and turns around to say something to her co worker. And yes i remember you too and your horrible customer service girl! So we go to order she doesn’t smile doesn’t say hi can i take your order she just stands there and stares. So i say are you ready to take our order? She replies with an attitude in her tone(ive been ready). So i reply with why are you so rude? She replies with why do you keep coming back? Lil Miss Betsey you clearly hate your job. You never smile and your demeanor shows a bad attitude. What makes you think you can ask a customer why they keep coming back? Like i told you… i come for the chicken not to deal with a rude person like you. Why do you keep coming back when you clearly hate your job? If you aren’t happy working at KFC you should find a job you actually like. Do you know what customer service means? Customer service is the provision ofservice to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees«who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest». Customer service is also often referred to when describing the culture of the organization. Your bad attitude and rude tone towards me as a customer is unnecessary and uncalled for. And i am not driving 15 minutes away to a different KFC all to avoid you. You shouldn’t be rude to customers. Maybe you should have some re training on customer service you should smile and address the customer with a(hi can i take your order). You shouldn’t stand there looking angry and give an attitude to a customer while their telling you their order. I don’t go to your job to get attitude from you for mo reason idk what your deal is maybe you’re having personal issues idk but 3 times for you to be rude to me is not acceptable. And you don’t bring your personal problems with you to work. If you don’t like working register tell your manager and work making the food or another area because clearly you’re not happy taking orders. I did speak with the manager at the time of this last incident and yes she apologized however it doesn’t seem something will be done to correct her maybe corporate and the general manager or even owners need to be notified. Betsey i wonder how the owner(s) or friends and family of them would feel if you told them«Why Do you keep coming back»?

I don’t know what happened new or slacking management at this site but we used to have no problem with the food or the service. But recently they forget to complete the orders or they tell you to go around because it will be 2 or 3 minutes and then you go in after 10 minutes then wait longer inside for the order. This last time I went there they forgot one item and the coleslaw was spoiled. I think we will find a new place.

Should be half a star, I drove through the drive thru and did not get a response when I pulled up for at least 5mins so I finally responded and the girl answering sounded annoyed, rushed my order, and when I pulled up, no sense of emotion. She seemed really irritated, maybe it was that time of the month, she works at KFC so maybe her life isn’t that great. The service here was terrible and I mean TERRIBLE! never in my life have I ever had this kind of service. Great CUSTOMERSERVICE = $! And just got home and there’s a missing biscuit in my goddamn meal!

Worst KFC ever. Just drove thru this KFC and ordered grilled chicken. They said it would be a fifteen minute wait. We left. Clearly this manager doesn’t want our business. Many of my neighbors have had similar experiences at this location. Worst KFC ever.

awful. The chicken in the crispy strips is sliced so thin that it’s barely there. I’ve had entire orders of crispy strips where not a single piece of chicken was thicker than two quarters stacked together. They could call them crunchy fried breading strips and that would be more accurate. Root beer freeze tastes like root beer with a tiny bit of ice cream melted in it(it’s not thick at all, but is about the same consistency as root beer itself). Hot dog buns that are obviously stale(hard to the touch). I don’t judge a fast food restaurant by a single visit, but after trying several times over the past year, this location is consistently awful. They definitely are not prepping food to the corporate standard.

Let me start by saying, this is not the first, nor Second horrible experience at this location. After a time, you’ve just gotta say something. Last night was the tipping point. My wife went to the Drive thru at 8:58 to place her order. She was told because everything was not made, she would have to wait 15 mins. Not acceptable, seeing that you should ALWAYS be ready for a customer no matter how late it is. So my wife parked in the area she was told to. 35 mins later my son walked into the restaurant, and the employee said«oh, you didn’t get your chicken littles» My son then stated, we didn’t get any of our food. Great to know how much they pay attention to the customer, that they totally forgot they asked us to park. Upon further investigation, they realized that they gave the food to someone else. They then said you will have to wait till the food is remade. My wife then walks in to find out what is going on. Furious at this point, my wife starts asking whybshe never got a apology, that our order was givin to someone else, and such forth. She then proceed to tell the cashier/manager she should offer to at the very least offer a item to make up for the longer wait. The manager said, what would you like me to offer you, my wife ten said, just give me a partial refund. The manager said we can not do that, my ie asked for a complaint number for the corporate office, and she said, we dont have a corporate office. All in all, 45 minutes later, we got our food, and refund, come to find out, that when we got home, everything was dry, my wife who is lactose intolerant had cheese on her food when we started and shows on the receipt no cheese. This lack of customer service is insane. We will never enter that establishment again. I have heard from other friends of mine similar stories, and its kinda sad.

Wouldn’t even do 1 star if I don’t have to. This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. We tried to go through drive through yesterday, and were told we had to go inside because the«drive through system is rebooting.» We go inside, and decide to eat in since we already had to get out of the car. The line wasn’t that long, but took ridiculous amount of time to get through. The woman in front of me mentioned to the cashier that if they are unable to use the drive through due to machines not working, the person who was supposed to be manning the drive through window should be up front helping with taking orders. The cashier then admits they just didn’t have anyone to work the drive through! Once we finally order, we go to sit down, and my husband is searching the restaurant for a highchair for our 9 month old. I think it’s silly because I know where they keep them, and try to explain to him. But wait… I go over to where they normally have the highchairs, and there aren’t any. I look around and there are no other families with babies in there, so the highchairs are not just all being used. We ask an employee, and she just nonchalantly says«oh we don’t have those.» I’m like really?! What restaurant doesn’t have friggin HIGHCHAIRS!!! She just looks at me like I’m dumb to expect they would have that. So we get our food to go and they didn’t put it all in, so I had to go back up and get it corrected. And then there’s the bathroom. Dirty and the worst smelling bathroom I’ve been in, second to a porta potty.

I thought they were prejudice, but was wrong. I have talked to multiple people that have been here and we all same the same as most of you here. The staff is clearly dissapointed they work there. If these people don’t care about you and your money coming in, they clearly don’t care about the way the cook and clean. If the service is this by, the cleanliness must be the same. Extremely long waits for food, rude talks, never ask if you need any condiments. If they don’t like the job, go next door to Taco. I’ve also noticed, many businesses north of Elverta all have bad customer service. Please listen to the majority here and never go to this place again. Travel a little bit farther for better service and food. The sign light hardly ever works. I asked for a more clear view or to have them tell me a few things and they got smart and told me to get out the car and read the sign. Zero stars, but a AAAA+ for being one of the worst places ever opened in Sacramento. Negative startrating, but had to put one.

I ordered the eight piece bucket and noticed that the Family Fill-up or whatever its called was the same thing I was ordering only less expensive. It tasted good and the people working in the store are all delightful and friendly. But… Should an 8 piece meal have three wings? All fairly small and one positively tiny? Disappointing.

They don’t know what white meat only is. They’re over priced. They charge $ 1 extra for EACH chicken if you want White-Meat only. Got a 12 piece chicken only all white for $ 37.56. I can get a 32 piece at Popeyes for $ 27. Moral of the story, Go To Popeyes.

I am not sure what all the negative reviews are about as I have always had a great experience at this store. First off the staff is the friendliest of any KFC in Sacramento and it is a real pleasure to see young people who actually look like they care about their job. Secondly I dont see how you can leave the store without your entire order as they name off everything as they bag your order. If you ask for plates, napkins, butter, honey etc they give it to you with NO attitude and a smile. Now KFC is known for being greasy, duh its fried chicken. I grew up on this stuff and its supposed to be greasy. Try ordering extra crispy as this is not as greasy or just get grilled chicken. The chicken pot pie and especially the new chicken crispers are my fav items here. The pot pie is flaky and crispy with a good portion of chicken, on Thursdays they are $ 2.99. The chicken crispers are expensive but are all white meat, juicy and delicious. This store is normally running a special as well as any nationwide specials run by the company. Today we ordered the 10 pc leg and thigh, 2 large sides, 5 biscuits and a cake for $ 24.00. That is a good value for those of us with kids and dont feel like cooking or having burgers :)
