Wow. Truly horrible customer service, starting from the store manager. My son LOVES Pizza Hut, and this is the store that delivers to our home, so we have ordered here many, many times. No more. Over the past year or two, we’ve had our order show up wrong far too often. So many times that we’ve had Pizza Hut corporate send us free pizza coupons multiple times. Again, my son loves Pizza Hut, so my wife ordered from this store again last night, using the latest free pizza certificates from corporate. Of course they got the order wrong again, but this time I think they did it on purpose. What makes me think that? My wife received a cal from the store manager today, saying that we should not order there anymore, because he could not stay in business with customers like us. Seriously. So, not only will we not order from this store any longer, we will also make our story heard by as many people as possible. Hopefully the manager will get the level of disciplinary action appropriate to this childish behavior.

AWFULAWFULAWFUL! We live between two pizza huts but this is the one that delivers to us. The first three times we ordered from them our pizza was ether wrong, they forgot something, or the one time we called and complained was because our pizza was undercooked and folded completely in half like a taco in the box. We chose to just start driving and pick up our pizza at the other location that doesn’t deliver to us because they seem to have better customer service and do a better job. Now we have a toddler and on a few occasions we do decide to treat ourselves it’s convenient to get delivery, but once again after being told it would be 45 minuets we are 75 minuets in and no sign of delivery. Tried to call and they hung the phone up. More then likely an accident but when you are already irritated and hangry this just adds fuel to the fire! I highly advise NOTUSINGTHISSTORE!
