Have been a Member for many years and am finally fed up: the local office in Roanoke Alabama is wonderful but the administration in Anniston AL has got a lot of problems! Several times our business ACH deposits were not completed on time because they did not have their password updated, they are very rude when you call or go into the main office in Anniston and today they charged me a fee that is completely fraudulent and only argued with me about it. We’re done with them, don’t open an account with them they are not to be trusted with your hard-​earned money!
