Worst service I have ever received at any Starbucks. The women on the register didn’t welcome me or even say hello. I had to repeat my order three times, (I only had one drink). And then it was made incorrectly because she did not write it on the cup correctly. Then the barista was angry that I asked for it to be made again. I will not return, even as a last option.

The customer service is poor. They didn’t remember my name, despite the fact I was patronizing the store frequently. I also had a very underwhelming Pumpkin Spice Latte. The bathroom smelled like an outhouse.

Never, ever go on a Saturday. You will wait for at least 15 minutes for a cup of coffee.

Disappointed in this Starbucks (The one near the apple store). I tried it once before and wasn’t too happy with it, and decided to give it another try a year later. I ordered a salty caramel hot coffee and took one sip and wanted to spit it out. It tasted like dark coffee with no added sugar and I couldn’t even taste the caramel. I asked the lady working there if she gave me just black coffee by mistake and she said that she didn’t. She asked if I wanted her to put more caramel liquid stuff inside and I just said no thanks and threw it out. I buy this drink all the time at the Starbucks I go to everyday! Do they not follow the same recipe ??

Awesome place to come do some work and grab a cup of Joe after dropping the kiddos off at Kidcare.
They have long lines but fast service. :)

They are good, if you come often they are even nicer. But it seems to me they are a fully functioning starbucks inside the mall. It’s kind of nice as they have seating and a selection of mugs and stuff for sale as well. They also have private restrooms which I appreciate.
I like going here and it’s conveniently near the kids playground which we use a lot on the weekends.

What can I say about Starbucks. It is consistently good coffee everywhere I go. I am a fan.
The barista and the girl on the register here were super friendly and my coffee came up quickly.
