I’m only giving this place 1 star because I can’t give them 0. I needed a blood test done, I called them and was told that they do blood tests and I would have to pay for it which was not an issue. What was an issue is that I came all the way into the office and was only then told by the rude receptionist that they didn’t offer blood pregnancy tests unless the nurse deemed it necessary. I told her half of the HPTs I’m taking are positive, half are negative and I’m a week late and she looked at me like she didn’t even understand what I was saying. Do not go here, avoid this place.

My appointment was for 2:50pm but was not seen til 4:30 or so. There were delays which is totally understandable. The people there were very nice and welcoming. However, people don’t have the patience or lack morals should not go off on the employees at the clinic. It’s not their fault. And people don’t want to help a rude person. It was my turn to go and I was rudely stopped by another impatient patient saying she had been waiting and blah blah blah. So have I. Anyways I let her go first and patiently waited. I didn’t mind waiting, and was not going to make a fuzz over some rude lady. But places like these, delays happen. And you need to be patient. Don’t go off in the employees. Poor those ladies yesterday having to deal with no manners and morals for others. My visit was for birth control. I got the hormonal IUD and am absolutely satisfied. The procedure wasn’t too bad and the nice lady performing the procedure was comforting and Lydia did a great job at thoroughly going through details. Sonia was also very helpful with the insurance stuff. Hope this helps.

I have been coming here for years, and I cannot tell you why. I don’t know why they bother taking appointments; you will still wait a minimum of 30 – 45 to even be seen.
This has happened to me every single time. It would be worth it if the staff was great, but they are noting to write home about. Not accommodating or helpful.

Worst planned parenthood I’ve EVER been too. I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment and ended up having to wait an hour and a half to be seen by a very rude nurse practitioner. I will not be returning to this location ever again. The Baltimore location is much better. Beware!
