We ordered multiple items and a few were okay but the side salad was not fresh and seemed like it was premade several days ago with brown lettuce. Also, cheese bread sticks were cold and tasted like they had been sitting under a lamp a long time. Food should be made when ordered but it’s seems this restaurant is notorious for sending premade items.

The pizza is standard Pizza Hut pizza. And it has been delivered promptly.
But, really, how hard is it to get the order right? Especially when I order online and there is no possibility of mishearing, or writing down the wrong thing. We have ordered (online) from this particular store 6 times, and 4 of those times our order was wrong! Toppings mixed up between the two pizzas on the order or just plain wrong. Often creatively wrong. I mean, drizzling BBQ sauce on a pizza might be fine — but I did not order it! And it is even worse now that there are more options on the menu.
Making pizzas to order is not rocket science — how is it that they get it wrong 2⁄3 of the time??!

Terrible!!! The pizza is over-​cooked, dry and almost taste like day-​old pizza. It comes cold, and takes too long to get the order. We have given it a few tries, thinking it was just a bad night for them. I even called the manager the 2nd time, and she sent me a free pizza coupon, even though I told her I was no longer interested. So, I redeemed the coupon recently (several months later), and EVEN WHEN they knew I had had BAD pizzas and was reluctant to order again, it was HORRIBLE AGAIN!!! You’d think they’d at least try to make an effort to get it right if they are trying to keep a customer. NOPE — they didn’t even try! Best to order from Vizinni’s nearby.

This has got to be one of the worst managed Pizza Hut on the planet.
I have been here several times b/​c it’s the closest Pizza Hut in the area and I would say the order is wrong over 50% of the time, it usually takes an hour to get the food (it’s about 7 minutes from the house), twice they didn’t deliver the food at all and when we called, they said they wrote the address down wrong (isn’t this why they take your phone number when you call?).
I must say the pizza always tastes good. The breadsticks are wonderful, the wings are good. This is the only reason they have two stars.
If it was service alone, it would be one star.
This is a take out or delivery service only. No tables.
