I have been buying rugs for 20-​plus years, in homes located in Arlington, Va, Louisville, Ky, and now Annapolis, and I have to say, Parvizian is absolutely the best, from product, selection, knowledge and customer service.
Their prices are always fair (which is NOT to say that you can’t find a cheaper rug, but you won’t be ripped off, ever). They will bring several rugs to «try» in your home. They will swap out rugs, giving you a trade in credit for as much as you paid, minus a wash.
And they don’t make you feel stupid, ever.
No reason to go anywhere else!

I can’t say enough good things about this business. My home has transitional decorating so I was hesitant to go to a store that appeared to be only traditional. They do have a wide selection of Oriental rugs but I also found two that were more contemporary. Pasha is a fantastic salesperson. He is enthusiastic but not pushy. He will bring a few choices to your home on approval and put them in place so you can see them in the space. That makes the world of difference in the decision-​making process. In the end I bought four rugs and I’m really pleased with each of them. The business also does cleaning and maintenance for your rugs so that’s a plus as well. I highly recommend this store.
