Pampered Pretty Nail Spa

Loved being greeted with a friendly and competent flair by the owner as I walked through the door. Her sister, as her partner in crime, did an excellent job with my manicure. I felt happy and relaxed as I left this gem of a salon. Please support this family as they settle into the inevitable title of the «go to place» for the people who love proper service.

Not impressed. Very pretty place. Very LIMITED selection of gel nail colors, maybe 10 – 15 to choose from. They are very nice and took me right away without an appointment. If you are going to go on Tuesday or Wednesday are good, apparently is is extremely slow and now I know why.
They use these rubber holders with cotton to soak off the gels with foil. It hurt and was uncomfortable and didn’t work well. Took twice as long to soak off. Nail color was uneven. And I’m posting pictures. One week after it is chipped in two places and my cuticles look like hell. Never again. Used to go to VIP. Tried Kosmo and this since they were more convenient given that I live downtown. Going. Back to VIP. Wish I could have liked it.

Visited this spa this weekend and had a wonderful experience. The space is very modern and clean with an excellent choice of music. My manicure and pedicure was so relaxing, and the techs were very friendly & so polite. I give the spa and overall experience two thumbs up. Wish I had a salon like this near me, next time I’m in Annapolis I will be sure to visit again.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of getting pedicures here recently. The service was impeccable — with two very friendly and professional individuals making us feel welcome and at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the pedicures themselves — and will definitely return next time we visit Annapolis. Great prices too!

My husband Michael and I were in Annapolis for a well deserved and much needed weekend in Annapolis.
We were walking up Main Street and saw the new nail salon. We are suckers for good pedicures. They couldn’t see us until 5:30 so we walked around until our appointment.
It was worth the wait. These two women (sisters) gave us such relaxing pedicures. We were like noodles when we left there.
We will look forward to future visits to the salon on our visits to Annapolis.

I went here with a friend and I absolutely loved the spa. I believe I got a deluxe pedicure. Lucy and Monique were very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone that I can.

I LOVE this place! I have had a mani/​pedi here about 6 times. The owner is such a sweetie and does what she needs to do to make sure you get a great service. The place is so cute and trendy. I always feel conformable and have always come out satisfied. The best part is that there are no powerful fumes from acrylic because they only do natural nails. This is my go to nail salon from now on!

The atmosphere is great, clean, white etc. BUT the quality of my manicure was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. It was literally worse than high school slumber party quality. I had a new nail tech that was hired and it definitely showed, I’m questioning if she was even licensed to work there.

Near perfect manicure in quiet, clean all white space. Best manicure I’ve had in Annapolis, because of attention to detail.

I had a living social for a pedicure. I tried to call both phone numbers that are listed on their website. Both numbers were out of service.
Checked their FB page and the owner states :
«Just wanted to thank everyone for there understanding and patience with my new nail salon. When it comes to the lack of nail techs at pampered pretty. I wish I could clone 4 of me but, unfortunately the lab said it was impossible. Who would of thought.
So, to all who would like to schedule an appointment I’ll put that disclosure out there. „I can’t GUARANTEE that the techs that I HIRE actually come in when needed“. It is way beyond my control.
Small business owners, know EXACTLY what I mean when it comes down to having employees.

I understand that people can be unreliable but really… really. I would never post that kinda stuff on my business page.
I called livingsocial and got a refund. Even the living social rep was surprised at the unprofessionalism after what I told her and what was written on Facebook.
