Excellent customer service, provided by Carl, and a great deal for a Serta iSeries. We took advantage of their first time buyers discount and financing. Carl treated us soo well. I feel we will return in the future for our next mattress. Make sure when you visit to tell him «Ashley says Hi».

Bought a King size mattress from Taylour today, she was very nice and helpful! We used the bed match system in store and it helped find the best mattress for body and sleep position. Also, Taylor worked to get us a great deal today – would definitely recommend this place!

I always felt buying a mattress was the second worst shopping experience one can have (first worst is buying a car). However, the Mattress Warehouse in Annapolis has changed those feelings! Carl and Steve are my type of sales people! Knowledgeable, patient, honest, NOT PUSHY. I highly recommend this store, we were not only pleased with the experience, but also with the prices, and their service. We bought our second mattress from them yesterday. In both experience (first with Carl, second with Steve) both guys went above and beyond to help us and make this a positive experience for us. I would highly recommend them!
