I have never experienced such snooty service in the Annapolis area as I did in this Fergusons. The sales women are uninterested in assisting potential customers and unresponsive to follow-​up inquiries. When I go into a place of business, I expect to feel like they care about having and keeping my business, and in this place I felt the opposite. I got major attitude and no service. I don’t need this kind of treatment when I am spending good money on a renovation project!
