David Oliva… has been my Real Estate Agent for 4 years. He first helped me rent an amazing condo on the Chesapeake Bay on Kent Island and recently my first house. I can’t honestly imagine going through the home buying process without David on my team. I had a million questions that he answered at all hours of the day and night, he stood up for me with the sellers agent, and he also took the time to explain things that I didn’t understand (often more than once). David is a true professional and expert at his craft. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home. He is one of the good guys and will do everything he can for you.
