Horrible customer service! Very rude on the phone. Don’t bother using them.

Will never use this company again! The Manager Mindy was extremely rude. They will come out to service your water system, charge you, then come out again for same reason and charge you again, and still not fix the problem. Have been a culligan customer for years, have recommended them to several people, however NEVER AGAIN will I use them, or refer this company to anyone!

If I could give zero stars i would. they have lied to me, refused to answer calls, and i can’t wait to kick them to the curb. the WORST customer service, the right hand doesn’t know what the left one is doing,. i can’t believe they are still in business.
