Buffalo Wild Wings

The boneless wings are like chicken McNuggets. Good if you like that kind, but not for us. And everything is fried. I wouldn’t recommend it I’d you have a hankering for wings.

Excellent service. My son and I ordered our usual large traditional wings with buffalo dry rub. Not bad. Only complaint: the dry rub was excessive and seemed like an after thought as most of it fell off. Maybe the kitchen waited too long and the wings dried a little. Didn’t affect the taste just the appearance.

I love BWW but this one needs some serious help. Not only were the employees all clearly practically brand new and in need of training, but they all seem to have this feeling of entitlement. Each server seemed to have an attitude where they could get paid to come to work and do nothing. Our entire section was overcrowded and they claimed the other section was closed. It took us almost an hour to get the check (I won’t even discuss drinks or food). After requesting a manager, it took what seemed like forever to get one. His excuse was that «he didn’t want to make excuses, but…» and continued to describe how he was placed there to help/​gave excuses. We didn’t want to hear it. He offered us a giftcard, but we declined. He took care of the bill, but none of us will be returning to this BWW until it undergoes some serious renovations with its management and staff. Good luck getting my boyfriend to even go back to any BWW after that experience. Overall, my opinion is they are better off closing the business than wasting giving away free food n drinks with the amount of complaints I saw them receive in just 1 night. Good luck BWW! You definitely need it!

i try not to be to picky and we did eat there on a family night. When your dining room looks filthy and your men’s bathroom is beyond filthy and the screens above the urinals are covered in who knows what you lose your appetite. if those are dirty what about the areas you cant see like kitchen makes me think

Yes, we came with a big group, kids baseball team. We were seated after only 10 min. Ordered by player #, waited 1.5 hours, yes, HOURS, for our food. Then only portions of our group were served. Some finished meals while others had yet to be served. Orders were then incorrectly billed to checks. For a restaurant of this size that serves this much food per day… unacceptable. Members of our party had to get their own drink refills. Please at least bring the kids meals in a reasonable amount of time!

I am just not a fan. I have been to 4 locations now and I just don’t get it.

Got a beer & some wings. Wings came out fast… like 5 minutes fast. Delicious. Then moved onto grilled chicken Caesar salad. Very tasty, good chicken & a bit spicy. Could use more meat though.

Great time as always, just another sports bar with typical fare.
What makes the night is when your bar tender is hyped up on red bull and saves most of the beer she almost spills on you!

this place! Bartender is wonderful and the rest of the staff is great. We’ve had wings twice from here and it was absolutely wonderful.

Took my fiancé and brother out here to get some food because we didn’t like feel cooking tonight. My number one pet peeve is employees not greeting the customers when they come in and it’s not even busy. We sat ourselves and it took a minute before anyone noticed that we were here. We’re the only one dining in there.
There is roughly about 6 obnoxious employees running around back and fourth in the the business with their phone in their hands, dancing, screaming, talking really loud, acting really immature and doing inappropriate things and snap chatting a dead bird that they found outside that they keep on bringing into the business. Employee did NOT wash their hands after touching the bird. I am beyond disgusted. Where is the manager that was on duty. They had the music up as if its was the club, you couldn’t even hear the person next to you talking.
Bartender took forever to get our drinks. I believe she is intoxicated as well, she was really clumsy. She dropped a drink, hopefully it wasn’t ours.
We finally got to order our food. We had ordered two large traditional wings with sauces on the side. They ended up messing up on one of the orders and had to remake it. The first batch of chicken ended up being really dry and all stuck together, second order they messed up by not putting sauce on the side so we had to wait even longer and server was complaining to a co worker on why we didn’t want it. Carrots and celery didn’t come until about 15 minutes after the first order came in.
Server dropped food in my fiancé purse which pissed me off even more. Never did come by to ask if we needed refills. My fiancée had to literally walk up to the bar with two cups in her hands and ask for a refill on water.
Overall experience. Worse experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings Ever! I didn’t like the service at all and decided not to tip and I don’t think I will be coming back to this place until they fix their staffing and show proper hospitality, customer service and professionalism.

I really the tv screens at this place. Food is good, love the wings. It’s the waiters that are spotty at times though.

I hate BWW! Every time I’m there I have a bad experience. Last time they were over-​serving violent, belligerent creeps and this time the server over charged us. Service is slow at every location and the only food worth putting in your mouth is the wings. They clearly have no interest in the customer.

Didnt even eat. Definitely smelled like dirty dishwater. Nauseating. Not sure if they didnt clean the towels for the tables, or didnt clean the mops or what. Not ok.

This BWW has always been on the cusp of being terrible but my last visit put them well into that category. I stopped in to catch some football this past Sunday. We arrived just before the one o’clock kick off time and I placed an order for some traditional chicken wings. It took 45 minutes to get my wings and they were cold. I almost never send food back but did so this time. I proceeded to wait another 45 minutes to get a new warm order of chicken wings…90 minutes to get an order of chicken wings. The only reason I even waited for new wings was because I was watching the game. I didn’t think I’d have to wait til the third quarter to get food I ordered at kick off lol
The most disheartening part of this whole thing was that at no point did a manager even attempt to come out and apologize or make right this ridiculous experience. Very disappointing. I’d steer clear of this place unless you have a lot of time to waste…

Ultra slow service. Waitress comes to say she’s sorry that’s appetizers are taking so long then realizes she forgot to put our order in. Manager’s way to fix it was offer free chips and salsa.

This Buffalo Wild Wings has a long way to come on cleanliness alone. The service isn’t great, but what do you expect in Annapolis? The food is alway great though. My main problem is if a restaurant serves beer, wings, and fried pickles… you need better than one ply toilet paper! Come on, I’m blowing it up in the bathroom and you have the cheapest/​thinnest toilet paper made? Places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Taco Bell should always have the very best toilet paper, because they have to know their customers will need it.

Been here many times never been impressed by the food. Have to say the Havana pork sandwich is the best thing I’ve had there. Do have to point out the bartender had a terrible attitude about being asked anything, i.e. Change a game, what beers they have how the seasonal stuff compares to Sam Adams Oktoberfest

Cold beer. Lots of TVs. There is literally nothing else to recommend this place. Oh yeah – they try, actually try pretty hard, but they do NOT succeed. Come here to watch your favorite team, but come with your belly full – and with low expectations. We are part of the problem as we continue to return, but rare is the visit where there aren’t delivery, check, timing or poor service issues.

Food is okay, but service needs lots of work. I’ll usually sit at the bar and enjoy wings, because table service needs work. I do like their variety of sauces for wings. But for the rest of the menu? Nothing really special.
I want to like this place because I like their concept of Family Night, for kids. But any time I sit at a table, service is sooooooo slow. Even the other day my son and I were there an hour an half for his kids meal, an app, and kids sundae (which they originally just dropped off plain ice cream at the table). Our finished dirty plates sat in front of us for 45 minutes. Had to ask for my check twice. I do give them credit for voluntarily comping the kids meal. But I rather just have good efficient service instead of comped meals. I hope they improve.

I love spicy food… the mango habanero has been a favorite since I first discovered BWW. Sadly, the mango habanero wings from this location is inedible. Not sure if it was the batch of sauce or what, but I couldn’t even finish two wings.
On the other hand, the Thai curry, asian zinger, and dry hot wings are always reliable.
Location is great for watching games and fights. This is the only location in Annapolis where you can watch UFC.
Service is not great. It’s okay if the servers glance once in a while at the TVs when a big game/​fight is on, but seeing 6+ standing around when service is super slow is a little ridiculous.
They could also use a lesson or two about sanitation. Their seats, tables, and glasses are always filthy.
Good thing you wash everything down with alcohol when you eat wings… or you might be king of the toilet for quite a while.
