Patrick is a pleasure to work with, very professional, great product knowledge and quick delivery. We have purchased all of our windows treatment with Budget Blinds and are extremely happy with everything.

Their selections are unsurpassed. Their pricing offers great value. Their service is very good. What I learned through experience is the owner wants to please everyone which isn’t always possible considering how busy they can get. Keep your expectations realistic and you will be very happy.

He’s always friendly, helpful and helps me with my indecisiveness all while giving high quality work and products while not gouging your pocket. I have used him on 3 separate occasions and have always been happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend him and Budget Blinds. Definitely an A+!

Quick to sell; slow to service. Showed up for initial sales call and gave a competitive price for same mdse. all vendors offer. Installed initial order in a timely fashion. Good installer (Eric). We had agreed to order an additional set of blinds for a 2^nd story foyer window which we had not covered during 1^st visit. Installer measured for the last set, which we were told would be installed within 2 weeks. The fun began. 2 weeks passed and I called several times to find out what happened to the blinds. Received no response to multiple calls. Finally received a call back from Patrick (the glad-​handing owner) who promised them (once again) to have them expedited for an extra chage and installed upon delivery to our house. I paid the extra charge, the blinds came a week later (not the «2 days» I was promised and for which we paid for «expedited» delivery) and then I had to make another series of multiple ignored calls to get them installed. Eventually, I complained to the national franchise and finally got them installed and my extra «expedited» fee returned. Moral of the story: do not pay up front, do not expect great service, and if you are in a hurry and do not like to make multple telephone calls to track down your stuff, then find another vendor.
