Bay West Management

We have had Bay West as our condo community management company for over 10 years now. Previously we had Victory Managmeent. Instantly, the owners and contractors «clicked» with Ralph Hudson and staff and we haven’t looked back since.
We happened to hire them when we were going through a major capital improvment and Ralph Hudson did a wonderful job quickly getting on board with our project and dealing with all the contractors while keeping the owners appeased.
In addition… because of a great board and great managment of the numbers, our condo fees have increased no more than 10% in 12 years.
Ralph and team continue to be attentative and realistic in all matters to do with our condo community of 68 properties.
