Horrible! Called them. Asked for a price, was told it would be around $ 54.00. Driver came out, opened up the car, then gave me the bill. It was $ 208.00. He said I could submit it to my insurance to get money back. I called Monday to ask why the huge discrepancy in price, I was told he said«it started at $ 54.00»!!! Mind you he KNEW the make, model and year of my vehicle when he gave me the $ 54.00 price range over the phone. The fact that they record the call is probably because they get complaints like mine often. Slimmy! Do not use this company! Call a company that is upfront and honest — not hiding behind one word in a conversation! «Starts at» verses«will be» when asked«how much will it be?»
