We went to a new dentist in Annapolis. They found that About Smiles had charged our insurance company for a cavity they claimed was filled in February of this year, and the work was not done. My husband called About Smiles and they never called our new dentist to confirm as promised. We had to file a billing complaint with the insurance company so the actual work that needs to be done can be covered under insurance. Not only has this cavity grown deeper into the tooth, there was no response or consideration for this mistake, how totally negligent with no concern for quality work and customer service. Glad to have a new dentist!
