There seems to be something wrong with every order we place there. Today, my double filet o fish was a single. The kids have gotten short changed with 4 instead the 6 chicken nuggets we paid for. None of the other McDonalds in the area are as bead service wise. Corporate should investigate.

This McDonald’s gets packed during lunch rush, and I was not happy on my most recent visit. First, they don’t have McWraps?! Then when I asked, they recommended burritos. I eventually settled for their Grilled Artisan Chicken burger, and it was not exactly what I wanted for lunch, and even though the order came out fairly quickly, I left disatisfied. McDonald’s is McDonald’s, and I’ve never had a case of delayed order at McDonald’s, but the fact that this location does not offer one of my favourite menu items will likely put me off any future visit.

Waited SO long for my food when not many cars were even ahead. I also saw the bags that they were handing over to each car and they weren’t even large. Fast food means fast food. I think that the iconic McDonald’s at least needs to meet those standards.

I get the stress of working customer service, but I expect a little more professionalism from someone in a management position. Look. I don’t expect to be treated like some princess, but maybe some decent human courtesy couldn’t hurt. I only go there because it’s so close to my office and when I’m done, I’m STARVING. My hungry stomach overthrows my mind’s attempt to remind me of the rude manager, but fails every time. If you’ve been to this McDonald’s at night, you will know who I’m talking about. The short lady manager. It doesn’t matter how short or long the line is, she will yell at other workers, huff and puff in anger, refill the ice cream machine, BEFORE even thinking about taking your order. At first I thought she was just having a bad day, but no. Every time I go, it’s the same attitude and unbelievable rudeness. At one point, she was in an argument with another customer and after some back and forth screaming, she told him«f*** you.» Yikes. Either she NEEDS to be fired, or go through extensive retraining ASAP.

I don’t expect much out of McDonald’s but they could use a little more of an organization with orders. Mixed up my order a few times but the managers were so kind every time to correct my order and even took it upon themselves to make it. They also do their best to speed up the lines inside and from the drive thru. For example, I ordered and came to the first window to pay, there was still 2 cars in front of me waiting and they gave me my order at the first window(I guess since mine didn’t take long to make) and I was able to leave the line without having to wait for the second window(:

Usually busy and dirty place. But it’s close to work and I crave for the southwest salad. When I got there, manager asked for the next customer, which was me. She asked what I would like to have, I said«southwest salad» and she asked me if I had cash… Awkward question to ask before asking if it’s crispy or grilled, so I said no and she said then«then you can’t have your salad because credit card won’t work…» I was sooooo furious because I think she should’ve informed me of their system down before attempting to take my order.

Just like other reviews, this place need to retrain the employees. 70−90% of the time you will get something missing(with a medium to large orders). Always, always, always recheck what you got in the bag, because more likely than not, it’s missing something! You might as well go in here, put your money on the counter and say, «Surprise me»

Today I experience the worst customer service I think McDonald’s in general don’t have great customer service because just now I came from work and stop by to get something to eat before I get and I get thru the drive with two car in front of me and it’s not that busy any how I started giving my order to lady without finishing my order she was rushing me to move any giving my order three time to her still didn’t understand so when I get to the first window she goes like what’s your order again and I ask her you didn’t put my order she ignore and I repeated my self did you put my order in madam with attitude NO not even say sorry all she said no i didn’t and I forget how can you forget when I repeated I’m sorry McDonald’s that will be my last time ordering from this location I just felt like I wasn’t threaten right and disrespected today believe or not I’ll take serious action toward this if you can’t handle customer service I don’t think you should be there.

As a teenager with nothing better to do than waste money on food, this place is a drag. It’s so dirty in there. Flies and bugs, things like that are everywhere. Although the staff might be civil, none of them speak English very well so it’s hard to actually place an order. Then they never get the order right. You might order a large fry but get only a small sized portion. How does one even mess up on fries… Just spend a few extra dollars at some other place worth your money.

Worst McDonald’s in Northern Virginia! This McDonald’s is in such desperate need of good training and management. I will say that many of the employees are friendly, but the orders are never right. It has become a ongoing joke at my place of employment which happens to be across the street from this McDonald’s which is really the only reason they continue to receive my business. It’s quick and easy to run across for lunch, but don’t expect to receive what you ordered… and they never have the newest items that other McDonald’s offer on their menu. They have it pictured on the menu, but don’t actually have the item(ie: strawberry cream pie, raspberry tea, seasonal items, etc). The next nearest McDonald’s is located in Merrifield, and they are so clean, precise, and friendly, that it’s worth the extra miles from Annandale to actually receive the order you wanted. Whoever is managing Merrifield needs to help out their Annandale buddy.

It was a rainy Sunday night. I had just left the gym and I was really hungry. I was initially going to stop by Chipotle but I realized It was Sunday and that they closed at 9pm. I did not plan for this and I couldn’t control my hunger. As I was driving home my stomach was begging me for food. I caved in and stopped and the nearby Mcdonalds close to my house. It was raining like I said earlier and decided I’ll stay in to eat. I equipped my rain jacket and ran inside. I noticed that the place was fairly packed for a sunday night. It looked like a lot of Sunday church goers to me. Anyways I proceeded to wait in line. There was 2 groups in front of me. The first group ordered and actually got their food fairly quick. The second group which is in front of me start to order. At this point I don’t know what to pick. Two items catch my eyes. I am undecided between the Bacon Clubhouse sandwich with crispy chicken, or a Crispy Chicken Deluxe. Well people always say bacon does make everything better. My mind was set I was ready to order. As the second group walked away a young man(maybe in his mid 20’s) walks up and asks for his smoothie. He said it’s been a few minutes since he has ordered his food and he hasn’t received his smoothie. The what I assume is the manager apologizes and tells him it’s coming. The young man has become quite irritated at this point and says«it’s been 10 minutes» the manager tells him«calm down it’s coming.» As the manager is making the smoothie the cashier is fulfilling the order of the group in front of me. It seems like they ordered a bunch of coffees which is rather weird considering it’s Sunday night maybe they had a long drive home? Anyways 2 minutes pass and the smoothie the young man was waiting for is ready. He snatches it from the counter it is sitting on and walks away. I can tell the staff up front is quite annoyed at his behavior. A few seconds after the young man comes back to ask for a cup of water. They don’t respond to him in fact I think they ignored him. He reaches over the counter takes a cup and tries to get water but comes back saying he can’t find the water at the fountain soda machine. The manager places a cup filled with water on the counter so I guess they did hear his request they just didn’t acknowledge hearing it. Anyways about 5 minutes have passed since the group in front of me has ordered and I am starting to get impatient as well. I give the cashier 2 more minutes but they were in vain. Two minutes pass and I have not been helped yet. I zip up my jacket, put my hood up and leave. Still hungry and without anything to sedate my hunger. Next time oh wait there won’t be a next time… THEEND!

This place is horrible. The only reason I have come here was out of desperation… The service is slow(10 minutes of waiting) for hot cake meal. Even asked if they missed my order and they didn’t. They were just being slow) and if you plan on getting anything late at night, be ready to be disappointed because they will not have anything. They will try to force you to buy a value meal as I’ve heard from them before, «We don’t sell single items at this hour. You can only buy Value Meals.» Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place. May as well just use the long wait times to go and get a nice meal in Annandale.

This place is, well, filthy. And their workers don’t seem to understand coupons very well. But it’s good enough for drive-thru(if seeing the inside hasn’t forever spoiled your appetite). I laughed at their«don’t sit here more than 20 minutes» sign inside — like anyone would want to? I would recommend going to the much nicer McDonald’s near Barnside a little further up Little River Turnpike(toward Alexandria).

If you read enough of my reviews, you should realize that I consider myself a connoisseur of McDonald’s. This location is not bad in my opinion. I see there are bad reviews, but I’m not sure I can agree with those. However, truth be told, I have never eaten inside, I’ve only gone through the drive through. I have found nothing bad about the food though. The parking lot is terrible though. It seems to be a day laborer pickup location and the employers can sometimes block traffic with their negotiations.

Strike 3 on this location. Restaurant #863; 7600 Little River Turnpike; Phone: 703−941−3693 Over Christmas 2 young ladies ordered hot chocolate, received hot water with whip cream on it. Around easter I had worst fish sandwitch ever, old over cooked fish, cardboard bread, a drop of tarter sauce and ch.(there isn’t enough of it to call it cheese). Then we want a Wild Berry Smoothie, sign on the street, sign in the window, sign on the order board. We get up to order and they tell us the machine is broken. long wait, ending in disapointment.

After a nice big dinner at Oegadgib having all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, I was joking with my wife that we should drive all the down toward Alexandria for Rita’s Water Ice, but really we were just too full to justify the long drive there, so instead without telling her, I made up my mind that I was going to make a surprise visit to McDonald’s along the way to pick up a McFlurry. My wife is busy looking at a newpaper, but as soon as I turned into McDonald’s lays down the disapproval. I tell her I’m just gonna pick up a small after dinner McFlurry… and since I’m driving there’s really nothing she can do about it. Then we pull up to the speaker, and on one of the displays is a hand-written sign that says… No icecream No milkshakes No sundaes No McFlurry’s I grunted out a disappointing«NOICECREAM!!!» My wife busts out laughing because I felt cheated from my after-dinner treat. McDonald’s not having icecream is simply ironic. So we drove away McFlurry-less. A couple of days later after having dinner again in Annandale, we stopped by here again. It took like 5 minutes which is double the company target of 2.5 minutes.
