I went in there and was buying a pack of cigs, the manager asked for ID then I was looking for it in my wallet, he kept repeating«Id, SHOWMEYOURID «then I said«I’ve heard it alright », he said«WHAT’S THEPROBLEMS, SHOWMEYOURID «and yeah I showed him ID. Is that the way he should be talking to a customer like that? You know what’s the problems? His attitude is the problems. Especially he’s a manager.

Ok, so I do not normally rate gas stations(my first). But, the staff were super friendly and I love the new dunkin donuts express inside! You get to make the dunkin drinks how you want them with the machines for less money! Yay! The guy even helped me make an awesome Iced Coffee for my hubby(I don’t drink coffee). They even took our dunkin donut coupon. It was super clean inside. People willing to help you with smiles and jokes. Asking to please come back… good customer service is till out there! Thanks!

I’m back, it’s March 2012 and guess what? They haven’t done a thing to change their lights and to make their gas station more appealing to the customer. At night time it’s hard to tell if they are open or closed, their huge Hess sign is turned off and you can’t see the prices of gas from the road since the signs that show prices are off or with burned lights.
