You know when you find something you love so much and you want to keep it a secret for yourself? Vivian is that secret but she is so wonderful I feel I owe it to humanity to spread the word. If you need a massage, do yourself a favor and go see Vivian. Or don’t…I don’t want her to become as popular as she deserves to be thus making it harder for me to get an appointment.

I visited this yoga studio when I was in Annandale for a few weeks last month. I enjoyed 3 great practices with Kimberly and her class. They welcomed me as a walk-in for these classes. I paid each time and there were mats, blocks and straps there for me to use. I called first as the web site suggested. Kimberly is a great teacher for all levels. This was the first time I ever did yoga while i was out of town. The practices were exactly what I was hoping to achieve. If your a local and looking for a studio — it’s great. If your visiting — take a chance — you’ll love it.

I’ve tried quite a few massage therapists in the area. Very few are as gifted as Vivian. I’ve gotten treatments for too-many-12-hour-days-in-front-of-the-computer syndrome and for general stress reduction as well as focused work on my shoulder and knee. In all cases, the results have been extraordinary and keep me coming back as a satisfied client. Recently, I’ve also attended a series of Qi Gong classes held on Saturday and Wednesday in the studio. This seems to get stuck energies flowing again and is helping to compensate for an all-too-sedentary lifestyle. My body feels good at the end of class. When my shoulder is better I’d like to try the yoga classes too.
